The apartment is exactly like the photos, huge, and has everything you need. Communication with the owner was quick, always willing to help. You feel at home. The location is also perfect.

The house has many art products displayed around (paintings, antique, etc) there's a price tag to it, and it's not cheap .. so we kinda move around the house extra cautiously because we don't want to accidentally touch any of the products.

This is not a hotel. It's a home away from home. We stayed here as part of our 2 months traveling journey from Africa to Asia and we did not regret it. After the long journey, it was just nice to be able to relax in a living room, have nice moments, and enjoy a simple home cooked meal made from the kitchen. Tolkan, the host, is always ready to help with our requests or questions, and we felt like we were with an old friend. The house also has a very good soundproof windows. So though it's located by the main road - you' hardly hear noise from the road.

Absolutely perfect. Neat, clean, very well appointed with everything you need for long or short stays pretty much in place. Conveniently located - just a stone’s throw from the tram station, and a taxi stand just 2 minutes away.

Wonderful Stay at a Perfect Location! Our stay was fantastic. Situated in the city center with a lovely sea view, the house was equipped with everything we needed. The tram stop nearby made it easy to explore the city without using our car. The air conditioner kept the house perfectly cool, ideal for our family. We highly recommend this family-friendly home and would love to stay here again.

We had an magnifique/incredible stay at Tolkan's house! The location is parfait/unbeatable just steps from the tram and surrounded by supermarkets and anything you could need. The neighborhood is elite and safe, with stunning sea views to wake up to. Tolkan's house was perfect for all our needs/exceptional amenities, fast internet, and a prime location. It exceeded our expectations in every way! Above all, Tolkan is an amazing host helpful, kind and always available. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting İzmir!

Perfect Stay Experience! Our stay at this house was absolutely fantastic. The house is located in the city center and offers a nice sea view in an elite neighborhood. Being on the seaside was perfect for morning walks and evening scenery. The private parking lot allowed us to park our car safely. The house had all the equipment and gadgets we needed, making our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Its proximity to public transportation made it easy for us to get around the city. The house was very comfortable and cozy, creating a warm atmosphere. The blazing-fast internet connection was a true delight. While I was seamlessly working, my family enjoyed streaming their favorite shows and indulging in online entertainment without a single interruption. It was a perfect blend of productivity and leisure, making everyone happy. The large air conditioner ensured that every corner of the house was at the ideal temperature. This house is a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience. A heartfelt thanks to Tolkan as well. His assistance was invaluable, even extending into the late hours of the night. His dedication and support truly made our stay exceptional. We would definitely suggest and love to stay here again!

The parking was very small and it was kind of difficult to park, but we managed. It is quite far from the beach.

The host was nice and friendly. The aparment was nice and close to the tram station. It is located at the ground floor. It was very good. We reached the city center quickly by tram.

I WAS EXPECTED 2 BATHROOMS LIKE IN THE DESCRIPTION BUT IS JUST 1 AND 1/2,I KNOW IS NOT A HOTEL BUT ALL THE PERSONAL STUFF AND LEFT OVER FROM THE PREVIOUS GUESTS -SHAMPOO SOAP CONDIMENTS-IS ABSOLUTELY NOT HYGIENIC. WAS DUST FROM A LONG PERIOD OF TIME ALL OVER INCLUDED ON THE CLEANING TOOLS AND A VERY THICK DUST ON THE LIGHT FAN IN THE BEDROOMS, ON THE TOWEL DRYER IN THE BATHROOMS.WAS A VERY BAD SMELL FROM THE OLD AND FILTY SOFA AND SOMETHING LIKE SEWERE. DEFINITELY NEED A NEW FURNITURE AND A VERY SERIOS CLEANING.I KNOWN THAT ALL BEDS ARE IN THE DESCRIPTION BUT ,PLEASE ,IS LIKE IN A HOSPITAL AND IN ONE OF THE BEDROOM YOU HAVE A TV ON THE WALL RIGHT IN YOUR HEAD. AND ALL THE SLIPPERS IN THE HALLWAY USED BY OTHER GUESTS..... SMELY ..AND THE TERRACE -A MESS
