Great location. Ideal place to spend few days in relaxing environments. Every thing is close by, outing, grocery, eating places. The staff is extremely welcoming and always willing to help and support. They server us traditional breakfast and made it customer as per our needs.

Amazing tranquil location. It was so therapeutic to hear the water flowing and be surrounded by mountains. The owners and the workers went above and beyond in kindness and consideration. The bedroom and balcony was luxurious, great shower. We love walking and were delighted to walk part way up Kartepe mountain to the glass platform. ( A long and steep walk, we didn’t see anyone else doing it) Fantastic restaurants in the immediate vicinity in glorious scenery. Marsukiye is unique and quite magical.

There were some dead insects on the floor in the room and the floor did not look clean enough for me. At check-out we were asked to pay more than I had in my booking account, although I showed what I was supposed to pay and it solved the problem.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. The sound of a waterfall in the garden was very soothing. Nice breakfast Turkish style.

The hotel is surrounded by a wide green area and many streams of water. The hotel staff were nice and helpful and the owner was really very nice and respectable person. He accept to modify my reservation period without any deduction from my credit card which used to guarantee the payment. I really appreciate this kind and respectable response. - Internet was a bit difficult due to location, a good opportunity to disconnect from disturbance. But it is ok, if you cn mange a good data sim o certain compny that has a good coverage.

- The staff was super helpful, kind and understanding. Everyone was putting the service of the guests before any routine or process. Really lovely people. - Location was superb, in th mountain of Masukya, great place to relax and enjoy nature. Lively location outside the hotel, with tourists active ouside. - Try the small resturant below the hotel run by 2 elderly women and 2 elderly men. Lovely traditional setting, excellent service and care and delicious food. When the credit card machine was searching for connection, the old man took the device outside the shop, waited few seconds..and bingo.. got it through, transaction passed. How lovely.
