ArgentinaThe hot water was not working properly. They tried to fix if but was not enough to wash my hair in the winter. Bathroom was cold, windows need better isolation.
The room was very spacious with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Everything was clean. Lovely terrace with a nice view. The concierge was very attentive and helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants.

LithuaniaThe mattress of our bed was quite hard. Sound isolation is poor, we could hear neighbours walking in the corridors. We recommend using earplugs for a good night's sleep. The carpet in our room seemed a bit dirty.
We absolutely loved the staff - all of the people working at the hotel were friendly, welcoming, ready to answer our questions and cater to our needs. The hotel is situated in the old town, close to many tourist attractions. But beware! Most of the restaurants nearby are overpriced and not that authentic (we found way better options in less touristy parts of the city) We liked the size of the hotel - it is not too big or industrial - perfect for a cozy and comfortable stay.

United StatesThe floor was a little dirty and the beds were not very comfortable, but we Americans are used to much softer beds, so it might not be an issue for some.
The location was great for visiting the tourist areas. Hagia Sophia is literally 2 blocks away as well as the Blue Mosque. The staff were very attentive and helpful and did their best to make sure we had everything we needed.

Terrace is the best part of stay. Staff in the hotel was very friendly. Almost everyone speaks English. Comfortable bed, toiletries. Evth in general more than just good. I recommend this hotel to stay.

Location was very good - from the terrace you could enjoy wonderful views of the city. The hotel was in the middle of old town and therefore you can walk everywhere. The receptionists were also great - always smiling and ready to help.

South AfricaThe location of the hotel exceeded our expectations! It was so central, close to the main attractions (reachable by foot) and public transport! The hotel staff were so hospitable, and were available 24/7! They were also happy to assist with taxi fares, tour arrangements, etc. The room itself was spacious, clean and certainly comfortable - overall a fantastic stay!

CroatiaStaff doesn't speak English very well so be patient and prepare your mobile translator. Also, the isolation is not so great, so I advise you to bring earplugs. Our room was mostly clean, but the towels we got were really dirty and had stains.
This hotel has truly an amazing location. It's 5 minutes walking distance from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Hotel room is comfortable and hotel has an amazing rooftop from which you can see the sea and beautiful panoramic of Istanbul.
