PhilippinesThe door key isn’t working properly. It will take us 5-10minutes to figure out how to open and close. Some lights in the room were busted. The jacuzzi is leaking but still you can use it. The stairs to our room aren’t safe for children, we’ve booked the top floor.
Its a modern cave house experience with the jacuzzi. I like the aircon with hot or cold choices. The location is perfect because it’s on the top edge and there’s no obstruction on the view from their terrace. It has a comfortable bed, good restaurant, daily free toiletries refill, and they’re giving 1.5L water daily. Cleaning the room is upon request. But they have good, clean and comfortable towel.

SingaporeAs with most cave hotels, lighting is usually not as bright and lugging suitcases up steps a bit challenging....but their staff have been helpful in bring up and bring down our luggage at check in and check out.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good and reasonably priced restaurant. It's a family business over many generations, so they are dependable. Helpful in arranging and customising tours.

United Kingdomthe bed in the room made a lot of noise, the breeakfast could be better. one of the wood panels were sticking up as you walk towards the breakfast room which i tripped on twice in a row.
Breakfast was good and varied daily. I enjoyed the smart tv in the room with youtube and netflix. Also the view for the balloons and jaccuzzi was amazing on the terrace. room had plenty of lighting and was spacious.

United StatesIt didn't bother us, but you have to remember, you are staying in a cave. Part of the experience is how dark and cozy the room is. It can get humid in the room sometimes after someone takes a shower.
This is a family run hotel, and Ali and his family are truly wonderful and caring people, and Ali is great at supporting other members of the local community! ❤️ The views of Goreme and the hot air balloons from the top terrace are fantastic. The daily breakfast is plentiful and very filling. Our bathroom was updated with a very nice shower. The hotel is convenient to the bus station as well as many shops and restaurants. Our family stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it so much... there are many activities in the area!

We had the most incredible stay at Sunset Cave, Turker and his wife run a very service oriented hotel with an amazing view of balloons from the top balcony where you can watch them floating over your head whilst drinking your coffee. Turker helped us to get our laundry done as well as arranging airport transfers for us. In addition, the red and green tours take almost a full day each and as we were only in Cappadoccia for 24 hours, we were under pressure to fit everything into one day. Ali from sunset caves was incredible in that he offered a personalised service of mixing the red and green tours into a one day tour and focusing on the best things from each and making it more personal by taking us to a fairy home where someone lives. I would highly recommend this cave stay and the customer experience that we had.

Everything was simply amazing! This cute, clean and very authentic hotel is managed by a lovely LOCAL family who is there for you to support you with anything you may need! We booked our amazing baloon trip with them, also opted for the excursions hotel arranges which was simply amazimg our guide knew everything abour Kapadokya, the history and the culture and we simply had the best day ever. Mr Turker from reception was always so kind, we had great conversations! We cannot thank him enough! I cannot reccomend this hotel enough, we will definitely come back! ❤️
