The room was very good and comfortable, the shower was awesome. Personal was ok, just Efecan was extraordinary, kind and quick. WhatsApp lobby service and room service was a nice plus. The chicken wrap is delicious.

Even everything was as new and there is a Kitchenette there was not everything you would normally find in a kitchen, only 2 glasses. Also, there was not enough toilet paper (1 piece) or additional bed sheets for the couch.

The property was clean, spacious in a quiet location near the most tourist attractions.

If you get there in the night you might feel it is not a secure area as everything is closed and dark. However only a dev mins away there are restaurants and life. I felt very secure to walk at any time

- It's a bit strange that you need to hang a sign, clean the room, otherwise room service don't even come into the room - There were 5 person in our family staying in the room, the dishes and cutlery were for 2 persons, only upon request they got some from somewhere and brought an addition. - There is a kitchen, but it's for show, you can't cook anything because there are no utensils for cooking + you need to pay additionally money for usage) - A street cleaning machine was working on the street all night

- Everything is new in the room, everything is comfortable, Izmir city center - The staff is super responsive, the Wi-Fi didn't work, they brought and installed an adapter right away. An older man works at the reception. He helped with everything, with advice on where the best restaurant is, with distance to seaside etc.

There were issues with power outages and one out of the 2 breakfasts were taken without electricity ( coffee machine not working and juice machine either)

It was very cold in the room and we didn't find a blancket. And the apartment didn't have any plate or something for the kitchen....

no electricity plug next to bed, which is a min standard for any new 4* hotel . Breakfast was quite poor . I have asked for late check out, and the front desk asked for the same price as my night rate, I needed to bargain for a better price, which was in the end more then 50% of the night rate.

Smoking is an issue in Turkey, wherever you go. We could sometimes smell the cigarettes in the bathroom's vent.

Leaking shower door Mistake upon checkin. Was fixed quickly without hastle

It was excellent with very helpfulm staff. A few things went wrong. Booking procedure, room allocation. I had to fix the Shower door...easy and quick. The seal was misplaced. Internet was unstable. The hotel and facilities are brand new and teething problems are to be expected. This was GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY and wonderfull helpfull staff. I wish them only success

There was a dishwasher in the kitchen but no plates/cutlery/glass provided so im not sure what is the use of the dishwasher. It would be better to replace it by a washing machine as it would be more useful
