It is bit far from central locations such as hagia sofia, Grand bazar, airports.

Hotel is very cozy, clean and well managed. The room was clean with ample space. Good wifi and internet connectivity. My whole stay was very good.

- Kitchen is not so practical by default despite it's there. A room of three beds has no plate, spoon, glasses, stovetop, knife for cutting a single fruit etc. You need to ask. Though when I asked, I managed to get only 2 small plates with a big kitchen knife. That's all. No tea/coffee makers. Forget about cooking of any sort. - shower drain system could be problematic if you end up in one of those rooms with defect in spite of being a new building. - this location is not the most comfortable to interesting places if the goal is to visit İstanbul sightseeings. Transportation could be problematic depending on what is the goal of stay. - it's not soundproof. One could hear people in the shower next door easily. - it's so annoying to need a login with your passport number in order to connect to the wifi network EVERY SINGLE TIME! - breakfast could definitely be better.

- This place is clean. It's a newly built multiple floor building. - it's so close (50m away) to a bus station which one coukd reach to the districs near by the sea such as Kadiköy, Bostancı Port, and Bağdat Caddesi. The nearest Metro station is Mevlana at a 1km distance. - staff are trying to help. They are polite. - there is a possibility to try some delicious authentic food right in the same street for a price that locals are pying. - there is a kettle to boil water, fridge to put grocery stuff. - it's cozy and silent at night for a nice sleep. Beds are comfortable in a three bed suite. - Internet speed is decent. VPN connection is not as straightforward as one may expect.

When I arrived, I had a language problem. Nobody was even understanding english, let alone speak,,,,secondly breakfast was not buffet style and they were making trays for everyone without even wearing gloves....neighborhood was ok and staff was somewhat courteous....

Overall, the motel was very clean and almost brand new....it was very far away from the airport but public transportation was conveniently available....overall value for money is a yes....

The man at the desk was completely condescending. Whilst I stayed there I had food poisoning causing me to vomit in the toilet, leaving my room stinking, When I called the reception for a mop this man started laughing at me and refused to provide me with a mop and told me to wait until the morning. They were very unempathetic at the situation.

Weird no-visitors rule: The staff did not let me take a friend to my room for 1 hour (NOT OVERNIGHT), due to their house rules. Even after offering my friend's document and explaining that he is staying for 1 hour and not overnight, the friend was offered to stay in the lobby. This was a big inconvenience to our plans that night. Air-conditioning (AC) was not cooling or heating.

Easy and quick check-in and check-out. Cleaning-staff was friendly, helpful and did their job very well. I believe I was upgraded to a better room with no charge. Clean and new room. During check-out offered to order me taxi.

Air Conditioner was not working properly. Even I keep 16 degree celsius, room was warm and I never felt any cold. The fridge size was very small.

Only good thing about breakfast is boiled eggs. Apart from that, other items were just cheese, honey, bread. I expected something solid like burger, wrap or sausage.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, very polite. Before I went to the hotel one taxi driver took me to the wrong location and when I contacted the Nice Royal Suite hotel Yonus who is working at the hotel reception came to pick me up. That was nice. Safe place for Europeans with many food places, restaurants and markets around. Don’t forget to tip the hotel house keeping ladies, they doing great job.
