The apartament that we rented was very spacious and very well equipped, but avove all this it was very clean.. The kitchen was big and had all the items to cook a very good meal. The staff at the reception is very kind amd proffessional. We will come back here for sure and we will recommand it to all our friends and family who will visit Istanbul. Sofa bed was not very comfortable but hei, it's a sofa bed . Swimming pool was very cold, we didn't bother to use it again.

Location is good, rooms are fab, the staffs are very lovely, they are all ever willing to help.

Alcohol is a little pricy and the restaurant but think that's be be expected.

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel except for one thing: I noticed an unpleasant smell in the underground parking, which might be due to the presence of some stray dogs. These dogs should receive proper care in a dedicated shelter rather than staying on the streets, as they leave the area unclean. I hope those dogs receive the care in dedicated shelter and be in safe place. The location is about 30 minutes away from the activity areas in Istanbul.

The hotel is absolutely amazing in every sense of the word, meticulously designed to meet all your needs. I did not notice any difference between it and five-star hotels in terms of cleanliness, service quality, and attention to detail. I must also commend the reception team for their warmth and excellent hospitality. In the same building, there is a large supermarket, as well as restaurants and cafés. Parking is available in front of the hotel and beneath the building. The reception upgraded our room for free, many thanks. Each room is equipped with heating that can be individually controlled, and the lighting is excellent. The kitchen, bathroom, and everything else are well-equipped. Thank you, Radisson! The breakfast was good, and can be improved, thanks to Ms.Ayfer for her great help and interest.

Location, facilities, free underground parking. All the personal are polite, effective, and speak English. We got a nice upgrade on check-in suitable for our request. Metro station 400 m / 10 min away. Luxury furniture, full equipped kitchen, comfy beds, nice bathroom. Supermarket and restaurants nearby.

The apartment and the kitchen cleaned every day. Staff was very friendly. Ayfer from breakfast buffet made a difference during our visit.
