We loved the big basket of fruits, sweets and nuts waiting for us when we arrived. Also loved the swimming pool , saunas, and the gym. The breakfast was nice. There are many Turkish restaurants next to the Hotel which was very handy and the food was lovely. The reception and other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and let us check out 2 hours later than check-out time for free. Our apartment was on the 21st floor with nice view and it was very modern and clean with everything we needed to feel at home.

There is nothing I didnt like.

The staff are very welcomming and helpful espicially Deniz and Hamza. They were very nice to us. This is my second visit to the same hotel. Ms. Deniz at the reception was very kind and she upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with all the amenities and facilities you need. The location is great accessible to most parts of Istanbul. Breakfast at the B1 level lounge was good and tasty. The thing I liked most is the staff and there lovely smile at all time. During my stay I felt like home. I will definitely come again to this great place.

Internet was very slow, and hotel management needs to look at it to improve the signal quality

At the reception, MUHAMMED and Hamza were helpful Check-in was fast Washing machine available Car parking available AC was working smoothly and without any sound Housekeeping response fast to our calls View is nice to the city and mosque I didn't use the spa or gym

Generally, everything was fine.

Location: is very good, its close to the main attractions yet not in a busy area. Apartment: is convenient for families, very clean, and bright. Breakfast: not a wide range of food. However, the service provided by the staff is really good. "Ayfer" is one of the best employee, also "Hulya", and the manager "Bahram" was nice.

Some small issues with apartments as AC wasn't working so they moved us into a another, very kind of them but big headache. AC and rooms must be inspected before guests come in. I think the staff in this department is not very good. Overall I would recommend everyone to visit this hotel Swimming pool policy for men to wear caps is crazy and unheard of. Pool water was very cold and kids pool not working

Enes, Ercan and Muhammad were amazing at the hotel, 5-6 restaurants along the front side of the hotel, a big grocery store and close to many shopping malls, great value for money

- the whole apartment, very well organized and fully equiped - turkish coffee expressor - smart TV with all apps - very good wi-fi connection - view from 21 st floor - clean, fresh , pleasant atmosphere in all common spaces (reception, lobby, floors etc) - the pool and the gym - next to.hotel all you need: supermarket, farmacy, restaurants, cofee shops, etc - near to public transports - loving personal taking care of family cats, feeding them and offering a warm space to.stay very close to the hotel, in fact, like everywhere in Istanbul, good for them
