Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI do not think the management can do anything about it now, but why oh why would you have small multiple windows instead of big windows - for a fantastic waterside location?? I was also surprised that breakfast was not included - though during our stay I saw free breakfast being offered to multiple guests.

United Arab EmiratesI have always had amazing experiences at Radisson Blu Bosphorus during my business trips, which is why I chose it for my family trip to Turkey with high expectations. Unfortunately, this stay was far from perfect and did not live up to the standards I once knew. From the start, we encountered issues—the AC was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable, and room service did not have the room properly equipped on day one, which was frustrating. To their credit, the staff was responsive and tried to resolve the issues on day two, but unfortunately, the AC was never fully fixed, which impacted the overall experience. It’s disappointing to see the service decline at a hotel that was once a reliable choice. While the staff was friendly and made an effort, the lack of proper follow-through on key issues was frustrating. I truly hope the management takes action to bring the hotel back to its former high standards. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend it for a family stay.

The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but that was a bonus I felt as the city is soo busy. Ortakoy is a great location with good public transport options (or cheap taxis) with loads of lovely little restaurants and cafes plus the hotel is right on the water with a ferry stop too. The main sites and shopping area are easily accessed from the hotel. Great breakfast with a brilliant view of the bosphorus and very good air conditioning made for a lovely stay.
