1. I don’t recommend including the breakfast with the booked room at all, there is no much choices for food, I kept eating omelette eggs for 5days, lots of insects and flying bugs are around the food, ants are all around the tables while I’m eating, I didn’t like this at all and if I didn’t pre paid for it I won’t eat it. 2. I paid extra for the view, “Bosphourus panoramic view” I was disappointed about what I received, it wasn’t as I wished or expected from the pictures in the website.

1. The location is just perfect, near to most of the famous places, I could walk to any place needed Ortakoy sahili is 2mins far from the hotel, bebek sahili is 50mins walk, lots of museums are 1hr walk and this is just amazing and it’s at the Bosphourus 2. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and very nice to me and other customers, I just hoped some of them could know English more so it makes the conversations much easier

The transportation is hard, you can’t find a taxi easily even if u request via uber.. maybe because it is Eid as well.. the rooms needs maintenance a bit more.. cleaning can gets better

I liked the view the most & that I can have easy access in the calm resturant of the hotel to enjoy the view any time.. the team is very pro and welcoming. & it is near the cool vibe in Ortakoy so i can walk around any time..

During our 5 day stay, there was one day with no Wi-Fi and one night that we had a long power cut. Apparently it was planned but not communicated by the hotel staff. Also some of their rooms are much smaller than the others in the same category and have awkward layout while being charged at the same rate.

Prices are high, however given the location,they are less then the surrounding luxury hotels in the area.

One of the best location in Ortokoy,it is a minutes' walk from the ferry terminal . breathtaking views from the room that we had.overpriced , however,it's the location that one pays for. Property is old,at times the wifi and air-conditioning were giving problems. The staff ,however,are very cooperative and helpful and doing their best.Excellet staff.very kind and helpful.

Seams like the hotel used to see better times. The furniture, room condition, robes, curtains, etc, is old and require better maintenance. Room cleaning was also not perfect. The breakfast was really good, but we faced disturbance within 3 days in a row - breakfast was included but somehow hotel's system did not recognize this. Finally all was clarified at the end of the stay.

The location is exceptional - nearby the Bosphorus bridge, the view from the room with terrace is simply amazing! The stop of boats and ferries is located just in 25-30 meters from the hotel entry. The hotel is located quite far from the "Old town" - the best way to reach is to go via ferry or boat, but be ready that process of buying the card(tickets) would be a quest, we managed only with the help of English-speaking local guy. With great thanks and appropriation to Istanbul citizens - very warm and pleasant people!
