Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. JordanThe room had many problems: Air Condition leaking water from the ceiling. Water puddles were all over the room which made it slippery and dangerous to walk. We asked for a room change but no response from Front Desk. They kept sending maintenance people every day for 3 days and yet the problem was not solved. The A/C was not cooling the room. The shower was not working but it was fixed. The water in the bath tub was not draining. This was not solved.
The hotel has a terrace over looking the Bosphorus. This was nice.

United Arab EmiratesThe attentiveness of the staff was poor. The rooms are in extreme need of maintenance and cleaning - with mold in the showers of three rooms in which I stayed during my stay. Various aspects within the rooms are also non-functioning or broken. Considering it is a "5 star" hotel this was extremely poor.
I love the location, which is on the Bosphorus, and near amazing cafe's and restaurants. It is truly perfectly situated for business and leisure. The food was good and the breakfast buffet selection was adequate.

United StatesThis hotel needs major upgrading. The rate per night isn’t at par with the amenities at all but I guess what you’re paying for is location. The shower isn’t built for the elderly, it was raised so high that you have to literally straddle the tub to get out of it if you’re short, if you’re tall enough, the step down to the floor will make you hesitate to get out. I’m so glad my mom wasn’t with us on this trip or she would have had a hard time. The running trail they boast about is actually a walkway parallel to the street. Great view of the Bosphorus Bridge though at your first turn, after that, it’s basically street running because the walkway isn’t paved but cobbled and could cause you an ankle injury if you step wrong.
Nothing beats its location!! Short walking distance to where the action is at with a great view of the Bosphorus Bridge specially at night. Another plus is if you like taking the public transportation, you hop off the ferry and the hotel is just a few steps away. Istanbul has crazy traffic like any other buzzing city so you’re better off taking the tram to Kabatas and hop on the ferry going to Karakoy and you get off right next to the hotel. The room is spacious and has enough space for 3 people who brought their entire closet with them! :) We got a partial view of the bridge and it looks so beautiful at night. Breakfast is good! I’m a sucker for honey with honeycomb and they have it!! The croissant is fresh and delicious as well as the selection of spread. Every morning we came in to eat, we see the chef going around checking things making sure everyone gets what they want. Big shout out to Ibrahim for making us great cappuccinos each morning.

AustriaWe were very disappointed with the stay. The room smelled like cigarettes all the time and it was very dusty. It was clear that it is not being cleaned properly, which was especially unpleasent in the bathroom where there were spots of mold. The furniture was not only old but also broken at some instances and the fabric of the bed footer was soaked in different kinds of unidentifiable fluids. We tried not to touch it during our stay. During the day you could not stay in the room because of the drilling noises and there was neither a partial sea view as promised nor a town view. In fact the view is so far from everything you expect, that I needed to enclose a photo. This was really not a 5-star experience and not what you would expect from a Radisson Blu.
The room had lots of space and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than expected. The hotel is located in a good area.

I fell in love with the hotel; the room was an incredible, wide choice of food for breakfast. The location is fantastic. The front desk staff was excellent, always pleasant and helpful.
