The old hotel is very dirty, the service is poor, the rooms are very old, the bathroom is in terrible condition, the water does not flow well, the toilet drain practically does not work, the shower is dirty. The breakfasts are not delicious. Complete disappointment

Given twin beds although booked double. Was given double but squeezed to high heaven and mattress kept slipping off. Thin duvet. Tiles peeling off bathroom. Poor finish to decoration. Bin men waking us up at 4am. No noise proofing so could hear neighbour rooms.

Poor Aircon. Either it was too hot, unable to control. Had to turn off the AC and keep the windows open. Not enough water provided in the room. Had to call room service for water all 3 days.

The hotel is very outdated. The cleanliness is zero : the towels are torn and very dirty , there was shoe prints on the bedsheets at our arrival, the cups are dirty with coffee and lipsticks, we didn’t even take a shower in 6 nights because the toilet had very dirty walls and bathtub floor. The leftovers were visible on the desk. There was mold inside and outside the electrical kettle . Our stay was not enjoyable because of the dirtiness . The partial view was good but the windows need to be cleaned . The room was small according to price and the description.

Rooms are too tight Nosy and all the sound of the nightclub in the room It's not good for family who sleep early. Room cleaners keep shouting, screaming on the floor.

The room was dirty, full of black long hair. It was disgusting. It was super noisy till 5 am in the morning. We couldn't sleep. This was my 10th time in this hotel because of the location but it will be my last.

I found very disappointing to have been accommodated in a different building different then the main one. The conference that I was attending and the breakfast was in one building and my room was in another which is not the kind of experience nor accommodation that a Client expect to have in a 5 star hotel. This fact was not explained to me before my arrival, only at the end of the check-in. In my room: - one of the windows were broken (it does not close completely) - the air conditioning was always on (I tried to disconnect but it continued) and it was very noisy which is not ok to sleep during the night) - the bathroom door handle was broken My sleep experience was bad because of the air conditioning sound.

The meeting room and the wi-fi were the only two positive aspects.
