First of all, you enter the hotel, and they will tell you, your room is in near street, around 100 meters form hotel. Bathroom was without towel simply it das no t look like five star hotel.

OmanLocation is very crowded, and the taxi guys get angry the drops you in the middle of the street The rooms are very old fashioned and the furniture is to old like 2008 The bathroom wood is getting damaged and they didn't do any renovation I think I got injured and the 5 star hotel doesn't have the safety kit with them I personally don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel because you pay a lots of money any you will not have any this service which you will expect And yes the bed was very very small and they called it king it's not even queen bed
To be honest the only thing is good in this hotel is the view

Very helpful and kind staff, a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous especially Kamer Good service. Nice and clean accommodation's. Highly recommendable hotel, Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked amazing and the breakfast was the best of the best of the best with the sea view . . Really nice breakfast spread. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Regards.

KuwaitEverything to the honesty is very wonderful, but there are details that give an uncivilized impression because of my reservation of two rooms, and it was mandatory to pay an amount for my children's residence with me. The employee and the manager reports that he renews the determination of your reservation through the booking before the residence, and that requires me to pay an amount. This is considered a bad management with him, the customer is old for you.

NigeriaFirst off, the facility was so dirty that I was shocked that it could be a radisson blu hotel. I stayed in the annexe building, and there was so much noise coming from the street that I could barely sleep. The TV was not smart, and the channels were in only Turkish.
The staff were very nice and tried to be as helpful as they could.

QatarI booked the most expensive suite in the which wasn’t worth what i paid for. Although, I booked the highest suite they had I was treated badly by the staff. The receptionist treated me very badly whenever theres a misunderstanding, and he hanged the phone on my face I am shocked that a 5 star worldwide hotel will treat their visitors in such a bad way. Almost all the stuff were mean and bossy, I ordered once a delivery while im on a surgery and they called me asking me to come down to pick up the food, I’m confused why they can’t send the bell boy or one of their staff to bring the food upstairs this treatment will not happen a motel, but its funny that it happened in a residential suite in a 5 star global hotel. And after that bad experience i decided to not book in any Radisson Blu Hotel because of loss of trust. And I am fully sure that the staff even not trained for hospitality.
The only thing i like about this hotel is the Bosphorus view from the residential suite.

United KingdomWe splashed out on a junior suite as a birthday treat but despite the views being wowza the room smelt like it had been sprayed to death to cover the fact that it was clearly used by smokers (or the curtains and carpets needed changing from when it was a smoking room). The carpets were stained and worn. The furniture and decor had seen better days. It didn't live up to our expectations (apart from the view which was incredible). At night the bar next door (not part of the hotel) hosted a party from 11pm-4am and the windows offered little protection from the noise and thumping music. We asked to move on the second night and were put in a standard bedroom away from the party. Bliss. No view, no 'suite' but a clean modern quiet hotel room. Let that be a lesson to us! We will save our money next time we consider 'treating' ourselves. We were offered an alternative junior suite to be fair but we couldn't face moving another time because we were only there 3 nights and it didn't seem worth the bother. The staff did say that they have countless complaints about the noise from this room which is crazy that they keep exposing guests to the likelihood that their holiday will be affected in this way. So we had one awful room and one nice which doesn't really help you make up your mind to stay here or not. The location is great but for the money the hotel and facilities are fairly average given the numerous hotel options in Istanbul I think we could have done much better.
The location of this hotel was fab, food was really nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
