Very, very comfortable bed, large room with a well appointed bathroom. Restaurant in the hotel, was very good, parking was easy. The staff was lovely. It was a nice place to relax in after a long day of walking around in the heat.

They don't have swimming pool and hammam. I think it is overpriced, this hotel shouldn't cost more than 100 Euro per night.

Fantastic staffs and comfortable staying with excellent food and service. We have stayed in this hote for 3 nights. We have visited the central izmil, Bergamon temple, Fuga central, and of course Epheses while we stayed at this wonderful hotel. Hotel’s Restaurant was so nice and wonderful atmosphere, so we ended up eating there 3 nights in raw. Fantastic staffs!!! Highly recommendable, an I am sure we will comeback to this hotel again.

We have stayed here for 3 nights and we are leaving tomorrow. We had dinner 3 nights in row at the hotel restaurant because restaurant food was good and staffs’ service were excellent!!! We will definitely come back to this hotel again when we come back to Turkey. Thank you for excellent service and comfortable stay!!!

It is very far from Izmir, about 60 kilometers, and there is no swimming pool, and the hotel smells not good I hope to improve the breakfast menu and its variety

Fantastic hotel with the most helpful and courteous staff. We were given an upgraded room. Restaurant for our dinner and breakfast was good and food selection was excellent. 200m to the waterfront where you can walk along the beach (and swim)

They should get rid of carpet in the room. It's 2024, no need carpets in room any more.

The staff was amazing. For example, I forgot my jacket and they kept it until my friend pick it up. We came to the hotel always late because of work but the room service is open for 7/24. One night, I had to order Turkish meatball at 2:00 AM and it was delicious. Sometimes I need ice bucket to get fresh myself after work, the staff always gave me a huge ice bucket.

The hotel looked very new and our room was super modern, large and comfortable. We never stayed at Ramada outside US, and we were pleasantly surprised to say the least. It appeared to be definitely high rank. Breakfast was extra, but it was delicious. We also had dinner in their restaurant and it was amazing, both food and service. If you ever need an overnight stay on you way along the coast - this is definitely my recommendation.

Wouldn't let us have a family gathering for a surprised Birthday. However, manager did offer us cake on the house and said they would look into holding birthday events in future.

someone was smikng in the room just vefre we arrived, house keeping did not solve that wifi did not work in the beggining, got better the 2nd stay far from everything (town, shopw) so car is a must

we stayed twice. The first time I would give 10/10 because the room was perfect, breakfast delicious The second time it was worse - we got a room where someone smoked cigarettes (and a lot) and even the hotel staff tried (it was not really in the way I would imagine for a 4* hotel) it did not help. the second time (week difference) the breakfast was just average. parking in front of hotel, convinient.

It felt entirely premium and the rooms, especially the beds were very comfortable.

Only a very minor one, we weren't made aware fresh eggs/omelette were available at breakfast. The kept warm, fried ones weren't great, so it would have been nice to get some fresh to order. We saw others do that but just as we had finished.

Everything was really good. Clean, new, large rooms. One of the best places we've stayed for a while and a very enjoyable stay.
