The property is top class as well as the staff being the most accommodating and friendly I have ever come across! The terrace to watch the balloons float across the sky is unbelievable! Amazing does not sum it up enough!

Sound proofing on the room was really poor- we were woken up by people coming and going at night/ early in the morning for hot air balloons and construction work next door.

The staff was amazing as they helped us with everything possible from Airport transfer (at absolutely incredible rate) to all the best tours. They also stored our bags for free for almost an entire day. Also to mention, the breakfast was amazing.

Rustic caves hotel has pretty new facilities and clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the views were great to see the hot air balloons early in the morning. It is also close to the town centre.

Is is very close to the center. Staff (Arman/Sedef) are very helpful in organizing the tours and airport transfers. Decent breakfast is serve everyday.

We did not like the breakfast. It seemed like it had been sitting out all day and we went right when it opened at 8:30am.

We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. They offered great services such as day trips, airport pickup and balloon flights at great prices.

The hotel is cozy and super nice, the staff was always very friendly and give local recommendations, book tours for us, etc. The turkish breakfast is very complete. Beds are comfortable. Cleaning is great (and I’m very picky with this aspect). We loved everything about this place.

Very cozy hotel, with a very attentive administrator who helped to solve various issues. The hotel is clean, there are all shower accessories. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the breakfast is good, with a beautiful terrace and a view of Cappadocia. My friends and I were very pleased. With love from Kazakhstan

The staff is the main point of appreciation for us: truly welcoming, friendly and always ready to help out with a smile. The environment is super comfortable with big and well equipped rooms, a nice garden and a terrace where to enjoy the breakfast. We also love the style, rustic and elegant at the same time. Last but not least, the location is pretty convenient at a walking distance of 5 minutes or less from Göreme central and with the main bakery just 2 minutes far from the hotel. We're craving to be back asap

Not so close to main street. No place to work on laptop, small room tables.

Big bed and comfortable bathroom with good AC. Really nice decorations, natural wood and stone. Rich and delicious breakfast and terrace view. Polite and professional staff, with special thanks to Mr. Babakhan Arman. Available car parking, which was highly important to me.

The best hotel we stayed at in Turkey! Very responsive and helpful staff (in advance over whatsapp and in person). We enjoyed the tours booked through them. Great wifi. Amazing breakfast. Really clean rooms. Great aircon. Amazingly comfortable bed! Really hot great shower pressure. 5min walk to everywhere you need to go in Cappadocia.

We were a family of four (parents + 2 daughters) and had a blast during our stay in Rustic Cave Hotel. The communication was great with each one of the members of the personnel who helped us plan effectively the activities we wanted to do! Breakfast was a delicious buffet and the rooms were clean and spacious! A big thank you to Armen (hope I am not spelling it wrong!) who was very trust worthy and kind hearted! If we come back, we'll come back at rustic cave hotel! From Nawal and the whole family!
