Very friendly staff, when we arrived (after 2 AM) we were offered a room for a convenient price where we could wait for our balloon tour. Breakfast was great. You can get omelets and different turkish types of foods.

After arriving at 8 am from a long 11 hour bus trip, the accommodation was an easy 5 min walk away from the bus station in the middle of town. Arman, on reception, was great. He has a wonderful, easy, warm manner, and nothing was a problem. He was very interesting to talk to, and I could have easily chatted for longer. As it was early, our room was still in use but was safe to leave our bags while we freshened up and headed off on a brilliant day tour to see all the wonderful sights. The room was exceptional with a huge bed! The breakfast was the best of our trip. Upstairs on a terrace with two lovely women making delicious salads onsite with an extensive delicious buffet. Oh, and at the end of our road was a bakery, so we could pick up some warm, fresh baked treats for the day!

We had an amazing stay at Rustic Caves hotel. From the beginning communication with the hotel was great - Serdar got in contact with us to offer us a balloon tour for €65 and to also ask us if we wanted an airport transfer. The balloon tour they organised was with a brilliant company and it was an unforgettable experience (especially for us as we had initially ruled out doing a balloon ride because we thought it was too expensive). Our room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. The shower had amazing pressure and plenty of hot water. The temperature of the room was quite warm (we visited in March) but easily remedied by opening the window. Breakfast at the hotel was great - plenty for vegetarians and lots of vegan options too (if you don't have cheese or yogurt). I found enough to eat during my stay. The staff at the breakfast were also very friendly. All the staff at Rustic are excellent. They explained available tours to us but were not pushy which we really appreciated. They gave us a map and told us where buses to other areas left from (useful because we like to explore independently). Cetin was the main person we spoke to and he was brilliant. The location of the hotel is easy walking distance to Göreme town and all the shops and restaurants. All in all, we loved our stay at Rustic - it was great value for money and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our room in the hotel was absolutely clean and very comfortable. Especially I would like to notice about staff of the hotel, that was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast every day was delicious and varied. We didn't encounter any problem during our stay there. I highly recommend "Rustic Caves Hotel" for anyone visiting Goreme with the purpose of tourism.

Breakfast coulbe be better with warm food like freshly made scramble eggs or omelette. The Turkish breakfast is fine but If u are not a fan, u don't have much to eat. It will also be good to name the dishes so that guest can roughly make out the ingredients

The whole place is beautifully done and is very charming deco in the room. Ample space and on a good quiet street. So had a very good night sleep

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location. Room big and very comfortable, bathroom huge with powerful shower and hammam sink and marble which was nice surprise. Heating working well which was important in winter weather. Breakfast delicious with many options. Great value for money. Highly recommended and hopefully back soon again.

central location, amazing and generous buffet breakfast - loved that! Extremely helpful staff. Goreme is an expensive tourist spot these days but this hotel, recently opened, gave us a good deal. Also, as it was off season (mid Jan), we paid only E45 for a balloon flight. A bargain!

We had the most amazing stay at Rustic caves ! Ideally located walking distance from the city centre of Göreme, we had a lovely and very comfortable room with everything you need (large bathroom, kettle with tea and coffee). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We are really thankful to the staff, who were particularly kind and accommodating to us throughout our whole stay. They can also help you with any type of activity you wish to do while in Cappadocia. We rented a car through them, and paid 55 € full insurance for one day.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me recover my lost wallet. I wasn’t feeling well due to a sore throat, and the lady who made breakfast kindly prepared a special tea just for me. Additionally, the ATV tour and shuttle bus they arranged for me were both excellent and well-organized. Their attention to detail and care truly made my stay unforgettable.
