The hotel offered a very intimate and quiet stay, as we seemed to be the only guests during our visit. While the staff were kind and professional, and the service was excellent, there were several aspects of the experience that could be improved. The breakfast was very basic, and there were no dining options available in the evening, which was inconvenient, especially since the area had no activities or open restaurants nearby. Additionally, the lights in the hotel would occasionally turn off for a few seconds before coming back on, which was a bit unsettling. The hotel is very small, and while it offers a peaceful environment, it might not be the best choice for those seeking more lively surroundings or a wider range of amenities.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, creating a relaxing and serene atmosphere. It was a highlight of our stay, making it the perfect spot to unwind.

Breakfast was good but a little boring, everyday is the same , I suggest to offer different type of bread ( like Barbari or Lavash) .

There is no markets or restaurant nearby and the hotel close their restaurant early at 9 pm

the beds are hard, not comfortable definitely they must be replaced. no hair dryer, no dental kit and no shaving kit.

the place is nice and is located uphill with the lake view, you must have a car if you want to book this hotel, as it will be hard to move around. the terrace is lovely and you can just relax all day with that view.

Everything was as I expected..nothing bothered me.

A good small hotel located on a high rise overlooking Sapanca Lake and has a nice swimming pool overlooking the lake. Breakfast is good. The staff is cooperative.

- There are some insects and butterflies that could enter into the room. -My reservation was for 2 persons including the breakfast. However, they provided us with breakfast for one person only ! and we requested at least the eggs and menimen for the 2nd person and they provided but in the checkout they requested me to pay for the eggs which I refused. Literally, they are trying to get extra money from your stay (which is generally expected but not like this). -They refused complementary 60-90 minutes late checkout (thier right) even though there is availability for our room type. However, they weren't flexible enough to allow it.

The view was very good. They allowed check in 12 PM.

In the room was a lite background smell of smoke, in some part the cleaning could be better ( on th border of the door for example). Also some insects come inside the room ( I saw there is a missing part in the mosquito net, so insects can go trough it)

With few improvements this hotel can be really good. The room was very big, view was nice, the terrace of breakfast very beautiful. Staff very kind

ants in the room, meals in the restaurant are a little bit expensive, the booking should have included the fact that the hotel is up a hill.

The heating of the Deluxe Double Room with Bath is by means heated floors, which are not separate per room, but common for all rooms in the building. It thus CANNOT be turned off, making it super hot inside the room! The only remedy is opening the sliding window, which makes the temperature inside the room fluctuate depending on wind, and is a safety concern during the night or while not present. (When the issue was reported to the staff, the response was that they could not turn down the heat. I got sick eventually by being totally disrupted) Also, breakfast is served very late, starting at 9:00a.m., which makes it practically unusable for 90% of people. (Also when requesting an earlier, simplified breakfast, the response was that it was not possible). The last night, before check-out, the staff called my room telephone at 1:30a.m. because my colleagues had to pay for their laundry service, which apparently couldn't wait until morning (although it eventually had to because I couldn't pay for them).

One of the best memorable moments I had with my family in this hotel. It feels like you are in paradise. Staying at the Jacuzzi, enjoying the beautiful view, and having breakfast on the top floor with very delicious food is something I would recommend to anyone to have this fantastic experience in this peaceful and comfortable hotel.
