Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is a bit far from center of Trabzon ( Meydan) by 25 mins, but still it’s good if you need to save 30 mins while traveling to Uzungul and Ayder. Also there is no shopping center or restaurants nearby the hotel. Glass and wall Sound proof needs to be more effective as we can hear the road as well as the cleaning team noise. AC control is not at my room, which i found it really strange! I’ve to call the receptionist to increase or decrease the AC temperature. Although the staff supports on that but it is not practical at all.
The staff support, specially Mohammed and Wafa. The cleanliness of the room. Parking area.

Reception staff only knows Turkish and Arabic. Somewhat difficult to communicate (only option Google translate and similar apps) . Room was nice and spacious , but bathrooms was very small.
Good location (outside city of Trabzon), and saves 30-45 minutes each way if you are travelling to Ayder and Uzungol lake . Lot of parking space. Sea view rooms. Helpful staff. Specifically, Ms Wafaa in the restaurant.. speaks fluent English , cheerful and very helpful in meeting dietary requirements (we are a vegetarian family)

Only the breakfast could be better with more dishes.
The stuff was very kind. The room was very clean and we were happy with all the details. The location is great and price for this type of hotel was absolutely fair.

Check-in delayed, turkish manager didn't seem to care much We were on the first floor, on top of the breakfast floor, the level of noise caused by chairs under our bedroom was extremely annoying, plz fiz ruber base to your chair to reduce the noise TV isn't smart, mostly turkish channels, no YouTube, no TV channels for kids. Please upgrade your TV to smart TV Ensure check-in is well managed, and when delayed, the manager has to show he cares and constantly updates us. Has no dimming lights for bedtime, especially for kids room

The temperature of the room is centrally set by the hotel at 25 degrees which is quite warm. However, they heed to our request to reduce the temperature to 22 degrees, but still a bit warm. Need a car to get food as no restaurant within walking distance.
The room is clean, spacious and overlooking the sea. The bed is large and very comfortable.

Breakfast 🥐 (no variations with very limited options) Room size, low ceiling Asked for a deposit of 400 tkl for adaptor costing 20 tkl A bit small bathroom/shower 🚿 Rough towels not fine ones No toiletries (sm soap & shampoo container) Slippers are super skinny! There is flies and bugs around and no available net on windows (don't open)! No nearby groceries (10-15 mnts) by car which is still fine. No available satellite TV - Netflix channels (Turkish TV)! Door lock 🔐 need to be fixed for our room (404)

The water in the shower had not strong pressure. But it was manageable. We had ordered food for our dinner from the hotel restaurant but the food was cold and did not taste great.
Location, view, and the king suite are all amazing. The room is very cozy and sweet. Special thanks to Somaya, the morning female receptionist as well but i do not know her name, and Enver who kept us company every morning during our breakfast. They were all nice and helpful. The view is breathtaking. The warm jaccuzi and all. You need a car for transportation as we had rented one.
