The air con- it only works if the balcony door is closed over but it only blows hot air despite having it at 16 degrees. My boyfriend has to get up to open the balcony door as that was cooler at one point. Where the aircon is positioned it could be closer to the beds

Overall the hotel is good just across the road from the beach front and main strips. Room was nice with balcony and have outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast is ok what i expected.

Our party did not like the breakfast. It is cold food and help yourself, no staff was seen. We went next door for breakfast as they had a variety. The lift is very small and can just about fit two people. We noticed a bar by the pool on the day before we were leaving. The hotel is very quiet but I think it needs certain areas eg the bar and breakfast advertised/improved to bring more people to them.

We all were happy with our rooms as single occupants. To share a room would be quite tight in some of the rooms imo. Staff were helpful. Rooms clean. The restaurant next door was handy with atmosphere and a lovely variety of food but had loud music until very late.

Very small lifts. Front of hotel quite noisy at night. Although mostly before midnight. No egg station (only hard boiled eggs on offer at breakfast) Our basic room was quite small. No or limited sea views.

Short walk to the beach. Pleasant (if small) pool. Breakfast sufficiently diverse. Although the same everyday.

Wasn't keen on the breakfast altho it was included in price of accommodation. Choice of English breakfast should be provided also. We ended up going to the restaurant next to hotel for breakfast. The lift too small, it can just about fit two people comfortably. The restaurant next to hotel plays loud music until late. I don't mind hearing the music but preferably at a decent level.

Location was fantastic. My room and hotel in general was very clean. Staff were nice. Nice pool. A group of 7 of us stayed at the hotel and we all had our own rooms at a very good price each.

The rooms at the front of the hotel are a bit noisy in the evenings from the bars below but fine if you're a bit of a partier and great for people watching l. I think the music stopped by 12 most nights. Hairdryer needs updating it does the job but was old and cheap.

The staff were very helpful, they checked us in early at 8am into a large clean room on day of arrival. Towels, minuture toiletries, a hairdryer and safe were all in the room. There was a TV with a couple of English channels and Aircon worked well. There was a small balcony which overlooked the busy main strip below us but there were quieter rooms with pool view for people that like it quieter. I borrowed an iron from reception.. No extra or hidden charges. The breakfast was turkish, looked very nice but not my thing, i ate fresh bread with boiled eggs or jams. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Beachfront is no more than a 5 minutes walk away and you can walk either way and be surrounded by bars and restaurants. It's a great location. The pool was small but very well kept with plenty of seating and a small bar that serves drinks all day. I would stay again, pleasantly surprised especially as I got such a good price. Thanks seren sari.

The room was a bit small. Breakfast was average, but it was a healthy breakfast, with no fried food. If you wanted a full English/Scottish breakfast, then was a restaurant almost attached to the hotel which was good, and cost around £5.

Really liked the location. A small swimming pool, however, not a lot of people sunbathed around the pool, therefore you often got a sunbed without a problem. Also very peaceful around the pool. The poolside bar was quite cheap compared to other places. The room was small as we were at the very top, a bit like an attic room. Air-con was good though, and it was free. Bath towels were changed daily.

We was in room 109 which is directly above the Ledbury Steak house restaurant which is really lively and loud between 9pm-12pm. Music does stop after that but it is impossible to sleep during these hours if going back early. There are probably a good handful of rooms like this in the hotel. Also the doors in the room don’t have any seals or sound proof. So if you are in a room close too the main road, the traffic is really loud from 6am onwards. The beds weren’t the greatest but I’ve had worse.

Property was a great location for access too all the good bars and the beach. Staff was good and attentive. Was really clean and rooms was spacious.

There’s a bar in the same building. It’s ok if they turn down the music after 11 pm, but sometimes they don’t.

5-minute from the beach. Also very easy to get from the Marmaris bus station (about 15-20 minutes by bus). Nice Turkish breakfast, I like it so much especially soups for breakfast. The room service was every day. The staff in the restaurant and near the pool are really nice.

Very small room, very thin walls can hear everything including a fart next door. Bar next door extremely noisy til gone 12am. Reception staff were not the most pleasant or helpful.

The beds are very firm and the breakfast was underwhelming.

The property is in a great location, just a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach and it sits next to a corner shop and steak house. The property and room was well cleaned and well presented.

The breakfast was good but lacked good coffee and fruit, the hotel bar/restaurant provided a lot of entertainment till 2/3 am in the morning this was nog really convenient when you want a good night of sleep.. but this is Marmaris I guess

The view of the room was beautiful, the beds were good, AC worker good, close to the beach, elivator, staff was really helpful you could ask anything they really did their best, it was a bit far to walk to the old town (about 2km) but there were a lot of nice shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Awful breakfast with very cheqp ham, no fruit, terrible coffee. Bathroom not very clean. Bedlinen not big enough for two people. Furniture on the balcony broken. Tricky parking
