I went in winter months and needed to spend a bit of time working in the room. The cheaper room was too small to spend any real amount of time in it. Upgraded to a suite for not much more cost which suited my needs better.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great with access to shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and atms. Just a short walk to the beach front/promenade coffee shops, bistros and restaurants to watch the sunset

pool is only open from 11am till 7pm, really wanted to swim at 10 in the morning (already hot) my room looked at a sports bar with very loud TVs and football matches. Quite annoying, especially after 11pm

For me and my husband nothing. But it is on the main drag so is surrounded by bars etc. so some people may find it noisy. We definitely didn’t.

First of all, I need to explain that this hotel was launched in the summer of 2024, so it is very clean and tidy, and the staff's care for guests is excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent and your access to Çaliş beach is very easy (less than 5 minutes on foot). Also, you can easily reach the city center with a 20-minute ride. All hotel rooms have balconies and are bright. The dimensions of the rooms are quite enough for 2 people. All the furniture in the room are new and if you have a problem, the hotel staff will take care of it very quickly. As an example, we felt that the light in the bathroom was not enough and we informed the hotel about this during breakfast. To our surprise, when we entered the room at noon, there was an extra lamp installed in the bathroom! The hotel manager was present in the hotel at all times and took care of all issues. The pool was very clean and towels for the pool were also provided. The hotel's breakfast was complete and satisfied all tastes. Thank you Skykhan hotel and we will definitely come back

As I mentioned, the loud music makes it difficult for light sleepers, elderly guests, and those traveling with babies to get a good night's rest, despite the hotel's very central location right next to Calis Beach

I had mixed feelings about our stay at this hotel. We stayed for five days, and while few aspects were disappointing, others were pleasantly surprising. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we noticed the lack of warmth at the reception. There were no smiling faces to greet us, and despite our large luggage, no assistance was available when we asked. I understand that it’s a boutique hotel, but basic hospitality is something I expected. On the bright side, our room was spacious and clean, which was a definite plus for me. However, our first night was far from restful due to loud music from the bar next door that played until 1 A.M., making it difficult for my mother to sleep. I was worried that the remaining four days would be unbearable. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of options including cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and delicious hot meals that were refreshed daily—a level of service I didn’t typically expect from a boutique hotel. The breakfast staff, including a young lady, a gentleman, and an elderly person, were all exceptionally attentive and helpful. The young lady and another gentleman at the reception also provided great recommendations for places to visit, and I’m grateful for their assistance. Housekeeping did a commendable job as well, cleaning our room daily and replenishing our water, coffee, and tea supplies at no extra charge. In the end, I’m glad we didn’t switch the hotel based on our first impression. The staff's efforts during the rest of our stay made our experience much better than we initially expected

Hotel is walking distance from the beach and just at the corner of main street with cafes and bars . It is fresh and new with pleasant interior, comfy beds and a/c. But the best part is a hotel team: they couldn't be more friendly and welcoming!

An awesome little boutique hotel located next to the main street to Çalis beach. The hotel has been newly built with contemporary design. Room lay out includes wardrobes, hot desk, drinks station, smart TV, cold AC, safe, balcony, nice sized bathroom with shampoo and amenities. Breakfast is served in the canteen area including coffee, tea turkish tea, fresh fruit bread, eggs, meats, cheese, salads etc all you'd expect from a Turkish layout. The hotel has a swimming pool nicely sized for swimming and laying out in the sun. Staff are super attentive and keep the place immaculate clean. Really enjoyed my nights stay and I would definitely book this hotel again.
