Magical location and building. Be prepared to climb stairs, walk hills. Beautiful views from everywhere, and unreal for watching balloons early in the morning. Staff lovely, can organise tours, airport transfers etc. Breakfast lovely, plenty of choice. Only criticism - lack of power outlets in room, and lighting especially in bathroom could be better.

The service is really top notch - how they communicate with the hotel guests,staff at the restaurant remembering the little details and room number of the guests, not to mention how beautiful it is the hotel itself is such a gem, view is AMAZING!!!!

This cave hotel is very nice, our stay for 4 days was amazing. Great view and super delicious food. What we like most here is the hospitality of all the staff they are very kind, warm to all guest and attends to all our needs specially Sadra very kind and always smiling giving tips also to guest. Thank you Sultan team we had an amazing stay hope to go back here again.

The bed was a bit soft for my taste.

Sultan Cave Suites is a unique, comfortable and well-located hotel. The restaurant where you have breakfast is one of the best in town, and city center is just a walk away. Most of all, the view is stunning. I set up my alarm clock to watch the balloons every day of my stay. The bedroom was spacious and clean, although we could have used more wardrobe room. The shower was perfect. The staff is attentive, professional and kind. Would defintely come back.

We had a lovely stay at Sultan Cave Suites! The hotel itself is charming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. That said, I will note that some of the photos on Booking.com can be a bit misleading. We originally booked a Junior Suite, but the room we were given was not in the pictures and was much smaller and darker than expected, with no view. However, the ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful—they immediately upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge, which was a significant improvement. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—outstanding in both quality and variety! Overall, despite the initial hiccup, we had a fantastic experience. The hospitality, atmosphere, and stunning location make Sultan Cave Suites a great choice for a stay in Cappadocia!

Parking was a bit challenging, and we wished the hotel staff had been more attentive in assisting or handling it for us. Still, it wasn’t a major issue, and overall, the experience was fantastic. Definitely a place we’d love to return to!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sultan Cave Suites! The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the city. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our experience even more special. Our room with a balcony provided a stunning vantage point to admire Göreme’s beauty. The breakfast buffet was both beautiful and delicious, with a great variety of options. Unfortunately, due to the snow, we couldn’t experience the iconic morning terrace view with the balloons, but we can only imagine how magical it must be. Definitely a place we’d love to return to!

Must be prepared to use stairs that in winter can be a little slippery but ok given the natural use of caves for rooms.

Out of our two-week road trip in Turkey, this was the best stay! We absolutely loved Cappadocia, and the hospitality and recommendations from the staff made our experience even better. The cave rooms were a unique and comfortable experience. I would love to visit this place again. On top of everything, the breakfast and breath-taking views were the perfect finishing touch. I missed checking out the gift shop, but that gives me a great reason to come back next time!

We had a lovely time at Sultan Cave Suites. Best location in Goreme to see the balloons in the morning. Enjoyed the sunset vibes on the terrace as well and a lovely restaurant close by to compliment the views.
