We stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks, definitely a RECOMMENDABLE hotel! 5 stars! The rooms are comfortable, everything is very clean, the breakfast is delicious, centrally located, in a safe place, close to everywhere. The staff's attention is very pleasant and complete! I recently stayed at Sultan Hamit Hotel in Istanbul with my mom and grandma, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is truly perfect—close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and helpful. They arranged both our airport pick-up and drop-off, which made everything so easy and stress-free. During our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They gave us great advice on where to buy souvenirs, what local dishes to try, and even what to avoid—which we really appreciated. They also arranged a beautiful boat ride on the Bosphorus for us, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel itself is lovely. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and we especially appreciated the late 12pm checkout, which gave us some extra time to relax before leaving. All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I hope to return one day myself!

I have had a blast and a truly wonderful time at Sultan Hamit Hotel! We absolutely loved our stay. I had done extensive research before booking, and Sultan Hamit consistently came out on top based on our preferences — so we already knew we were in for a treat. And from the very beginning, they lived up to every bit of our expectation. As soon as our taxi stopped at the hotel’s doorstep, a friendly valet rushed over to help with our luggage. The reception staff have been extremely friendly and kind from the start till the very end of our journey. They would constantly check in with us, asking if we were happy with our stay or needed anything — and just by talking to them, you could feel they genuinely care about your well-being. I must especially mention Oumaima and Enes, who were absolute gems during our stay. Their friendliness and warm attitude really made a difference — they made us feel truly at home. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean, where we could sit and drink coffee while gazing at the night skyline of Istanbul’s Asian side. We felt truly lucky to have that view. The room was spacious, the bathroom large and clean, and it even had a bidet faucet in the toilet bowl, which we appreciated a lot. But there was another surprise waiting for us — our room had its own in-room sauna! We were pleasantly surprised when we discovered it. What more could we ask for? 😄 The breakfast buffet was also quite nice! There were abundant selections of cold cuts, cheeses, salads, desserts, and a generous variety of warm dishes. There were also several drink options, including lemonade and juice. The coffee was especially exquisite. We would have at least two cups of milk-and-coffee every morning before heading out — we absolutely loved it! And of course, the hotel is located next to everything — Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque — just steps away. Perfect location - right in the center, near the main places to visit, but also very calm and cozy. The room was clean and had a good view to Bosphorus. Staff was super nice, helped to organize various activities and advised on practical matters.

I didn't like the location of the room, the room was in the basement and so it was a bit dark.

I liked the location of the hotel, next to one of the main attractions, and also many restaurants in the area, good staff at the hotel, quite tasty and a good selection of breakfast.There is also a variety of excursions and a visit to the hamam for an additional fee.

Nice hotel with very good location 👍🏼 Very polite and nice staff. Rooms were clean and good. Much needed things for bath and after shower ☺️ Little cold for winter because the hotel don’t have heaters, you can use just air conditioner to make you room warmer.

Overall everything was nice, but especially Enes and all the rest of the staff were really extraordinary, always nice and super caring until the very end. The view from the upper room also very nice!
