Amazing location just 5-6 min walk from the historical centre of topkapi, hagia sofia and blue mosque, breakfast was included and the room was upgraded to a sea view one. Will be back again!

Once downside about the rooms were the washrooms were bit conjusted. If not the rooms were classic.

It was a wonderful stay. It met all our expectations and all the tourists places were in a walkable distance. Staff were bery hospitable.I would definitely recommend to people for this stay.

The bathroom was smelly.

The hotel is located perfect place, nearby many restaurants, famous places (mosques, parks …). The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was good with many opportunities. Free snack time is so kind :). We got better room with beautiful view for free.

Hotel has great location, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and the embankment, also there are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The hotel staff is great! very nice, polite, will help you deal with any questions.

A few different croissants and pastries for breakfast

All the staff are really friendly , I travelled with my daughter , we both slept really well every night , everything we needed, we had , I would definitely return to this hotel if I was lucky enough to visit Istanbul again

Lack of choice of bread for breakfast, coffee wasn't good at all Unable to open the window as we were below ground level so if you do decide to stay here, don't book the economy room Quite noisy, no soundproofing

Our room was not what we had booked and paid for and we needed to move to another room after one night which was inconvenient especially after the room type had been confirmed a couple of days before. They said they were unaware of the need for twin beds even though I had noted on booking as we were 2 single ladies. We ended up in a twin room even though we had paid for a triple for the extra room.

The location is excellent, with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful, going out of their way to assist.

The steps at the front of the hotel were not easy to negotiate, however, we were assured that a rail is intended.

All the staff have worked pationately to male sure I could enjoy the stay, especially the young lady at the front desk, Oumaima. The location is perfect and close to major attractions. The breakfast buffet is delicious with lots of choices.

Sometimes could be refilled faster as some food disapears quickly but overall it is good breakfast without complains. 😊

Hotel location is supreme. Literally, you are next to the Topkapi Palace main gate. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were also good.
