What I don't get is the soup, which was cold although served on the hot server. It was different soup everyday but it was also cold everyday. Instead of a home toast appliance, probably one that is meant for a restaurant is better with the flat surface, moving grill. When a slice gets stuck or doesn't eject because it's too small, taking it out with the nearby silverware can be dangerous. Portrayal of the building on the photo is a bit misleading... the building is not standalone, there are adjacent ones and the road in front is pretty narrow. You don't really get the blue sky because the Topkapi wall is in the way. This is in reference to the view from the front of the hotel.

The breakfast spread was ok, sufficient in my opinion. The menu for hot food was rotated (we stayed there for almost 10 days) so you didn't eat the same item everyday. Location is excellent. The walk required is nice as an exercise. There are nearby supermarkets and restaurants and shops too.

The location was brilliant, close to the centre. The staff was very welcoming and supportive. A special thanks to Oumaima and Enes. They were always ready to support whenever needed. Enes worked the night shift and despite the late hour he was always ready to help with any request. The room was a good size with loads of facilities available. The room was clean regularly per request and even if I forgot to ask the maid will knock on the door to check if I needed anything. I can highly recommend this hotel.

1. My room was not very sound proof as I could hear people walking and talking in the corridor outside and in the adjacent rooms. The shower was not very powerful and could have been much better.

It has a great location just below many of the main attractions in the Old Town, the staff are very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in my case. There's lots of eating/drinking cafes and bars on a street very nearby (which is far enough away not to be noisy at night). The rates were very reasonable too. I would stay there again if I'm back in Istanbul.

Everything is perfect. The restaurant must serve lunch and dinner meals that are missing.

The staff was welcoming and well mannered, especially Omaima and Omina. They are very professional and well trained to manage guest's requests. Their english language was also excellent that you miss in Turkey in general. Restaurant staff was also excellent

It was excellent! We stayed here în January 2025 and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel! The rooms were very clean and smelled wonderful, the bathroom was impecable and felt cosy,, the view was amazing, we could see the sea. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was cleaned and the towels were changed and supplies were provided ( shower gel, shampoo). The breakfast was delicious and you could have coffee and tea all day beside the two periods of snacks offered by the hotel, one around noon (12.30-14) and one în the afternoon (17.30-19).. Just imagine, coming from a long day shopping or sightseeing and knowing that you can have a hot tea or a coffee to get back and visit some more! The location of the hotel is closer to Sultanahmet Square and you have the best option of terraces and restaurants. We thank the manager and the staff for our experience at the hotel, we will definetely come back again!

the room 206 was next to the hotel reception WC and was noisy. Also, it has very hot and has high air humidity. Also, the ceiling had problems. See photos

Sound proofing was not great, but manageable.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful, very warm and always willing to go the extra mile, with a smile at any time of day or night. They also cleaned our room everyday and gave us fresh linen etc whenever we needed them. The breakfast spread was good too. They also had coffee and other soft drinks available at snack times. The location is perfect and very close to the mosques and cistern and very walkable from most attractions and also from the sea, where one could catch the sunrise.

Breakfast is exceptionally good for a hotel of this size and rating. Probably the best thing about my stay was waking up each morning to such a great breakfast.

We had a problem with the noise of the air conditioners in room 404, where we were accommodated, but they immediately moved us to another room.

My wife and I spent 5 days in this hotel. We were charmed by the behavior of the staff. Everyone was very kind and nice. I was particularly impressed by Enes, who speaks very good English and was always helpful. He even organized a boat trip on the Bosphorus for us. The hotel is in a great location. I recommend it!

Everything was perfect. From the first minute until our checkout. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Omaima, Omina,Hanifi, the guy with curly hair, and the lady in the hotel's restaurant. Also, they spoke English, and Omaima spoke Arabic, which was perfect for us. I highly recommend them.
