- It is a apart hotel, which means the reception is in a different building and the breakfast is provided by a nearby restaurant. It may be a bit confusing when checking-in but all buildings are very close to each other. - The room was big enough for one person and for short stays but may be a bit tight for two, especially if you plan to stay several nights.

The location was very good. Only about 10-15min walk from the Blue Mosque. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They gave me a 20% discount on their hammam. The breakfast was a buffet and was generous in terms of quantity and also tasty. The room was very clean and room service happened everyday.

The only thing is the lack of information about where to go to check in. The building we were staying in was closed and we didn't know where to go to the reception. We sent a message to the hotel and a hotel employee came to help us immediately. From then on everything was smooth.

Very nice place to stay in Istanbul. Staff helpful and polite. Rooms clean. Cleaning lady (greetings) was great. Used towels were replaced every day, and things like coffee, tea, cosmetics were replenished. The facility is located a short walk from the blue mosque. Breakfast served in a nearby restaurant was good. We also ate dinner there, it was really delicious, and the service was very nice and cheerful.

When it comes to the services the hotel provided, they were excellent. Every day, the cleaning lady came to change our bed linen, replenish the soap and shampoo, and leave some drinking water. As far as breakfast is concerned, it was arranged in a buffet style with a huge variety of local foods to choose from. Every morning, we looked forward to trying something new. The staff in the restaurant were extremely attentive and helpful. Moreover, the hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel. We had to leave early in the morning on our last day, so we didn’t have time for breakfast, but the receptionist had a packed breakfast prepared for us.

Water was out because of government restrictions. No fault of the hotel.

The area is great, interesting bars, interesting restaurants and very nice people, besides the large streets. There was a man though who went far beyond the point of duty Jacob who made sure we got water during an outage, I can not appreciate this man more for his efforts in customer control. Would offer him a job in Germany if he was free.

The staff was amazing. We had some problems with taxi overcharge and they came to our help talk to the taxi driver, even though at this time they did not know we where staying in hotel, and during our stay they where always kind and attentions

First night we were put in basement room, you can see feet passing by, it should be mentioned on booking that this may happen. Next day we got better room.

The quiet location was excellent for visiting all of the main local attractions including the Blue Mosque. Breakfast - lots to eat. The staff were always helpful. The Turkish bath experience was invigorating and good value.

I cannot think of anything that could have been better. Staff were very helpful and accomodating; the location was close to everything and clean, perfectly fine with fridge etc...

The breakfast was amazing and had a great choice. The location was in walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, Topkapi castle ....

We had a great stay at Sultan Suleyman Apart Hotel. The location was good, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The room was small but what I expected. It didn’t bother us. We were always out in the day. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always available to answer our questions or provide recommendations. Their friendly attitude made us feel right at home. They helped arrange our shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Very close to all of the attractions, clean, very kind and friendly guests, always happy to help you with anything, from negotiating for you on cruise trips to any request you imagine, they are always happy and eager to help you and assist. I highly recommend this place as it has a great price and breakfast as well.👏🏼 We really enjoyed our time there.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They helped me with everything. I was given a plate of fruit on the day of my arrival. The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was very clean (which is important!). The bed and the room were perfectly clean as well. The sink was a little too small to wash my face, but rather than that, it's okay. The location is perfect: you can get to the most important sights within 5-10 minutes on foot. Very central. Pretty quiet, yet very central. Breakfast was very delicious and hearty. It may seem a little repetitive, but on the other hand, you are unlikely to stay in Istanbul for more than 5 days, so you are going to be fine. And again, breakfast was delicious. Keep in mind that if you are coming with a big suitcase like me, you may need a taxi from/to the bus stop because the road is very pebbled and because this part of the city is built on hills. You won't want to carry a heavy suitcase on pebbled hills, especially when it's hot, trust me. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly, welcoming and professional staff, who wants to meet all your needs and wishes (transport, turistic sim cards, tours, hammam, special breakfast wishes, wishes of acomodation, ). Diverse breakfast. Great lokation to most turistic places. Rooms are smaller size, but you have all you need.

No complaints. Just be aware the room is fairly compact if there's two if you (I was alone and didn't mind this at all).

Everything was great about this place. I loved this part of Sultanahmet, so happy with the location. It's a newer property so everything is super clean and works well. Breakfast is at a restaurant a block away and it was stellar - beautifully presented and so much food!
