The staff was incredible to work with. Everyone was kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The location was ideal. It was a last minute addition to our trip and can't imagine what we would have done without it. So grateful!. Plus a very smooth ride back to the airport with Kadir. Highly recommend!

The size of the room was really small. Basically it was only double bed with approx 40 cm of space around it. If you will use the room just for sleeping then it is perfectly OK, but if you would like to spend more time in the room then it is too small.

Hotel is within 10 minutes walk from the Topkapi place, Hagia Sophia or Blue mosque. Also it is only 5 minutes from tram station which you can use to travel around the city.

It was no heating option working inside the room's A/C. Even after I told them the AC does bot work - they answered just keep it switched on for a half of an hour at least, but even in an hour and a half it did not work properly.

Transfer to the Airport - luxury level. Hotel location - best. Hotel breakfast - best view to the port and the sea. Thank all that staff.

We stayed 3 days 2 nights at this hotel, they upgraded us to slightly bigger room, thank you!👍😉 Room is clean and comes with new interior. Kettle, coffee and tea provided for free inside the room, shampoo, conditioner soap also available. Our room gets cleaned everyday, every time we came back from our day trip the room is organised and clean. Friendly receptionist also friendly lady working at the breakfast time. Location is walking distance to blue mosque, basilica cistern, hgia sophia , strategic position. Tram station also walking distance Good value of money We enjoy our stay ! Thank you

Very nice room, exactly as in the photos. Very good heating and clean room .Good location, easy access from the airport. The hotel is next to most tourist attractions, agia sofia, blue mosque, big bazaar, all of them 5min by foot .The Eminonu port station is 20 minutes by foot. The staff is excellent. The breakfast was good, it had the basics, but it didn't have bacon and pancakes.The breakfast room view it was perfect!!

Close to all the famous spots, tram and metro. Mehmet and Kadir were very helpful. They put me in touch with an agent when one of my hotels in Cappadocia cancelled last minute. If you are looking for local spots to visit, you can definitely ask them. As a solo traveller, felt safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

Great location, really nice and clean room. Everyday we came back to a clean room with new towels. The staff were amazing, really helpful and honest. We met some really nice people that were also staying at the hotel. Definitely will consider staying there again.
