We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWiFi not free, but quite expensive, paid per day & per device so amounts quickly to lots of money - though signal quite good. Only one beach towel FOC, if you swap you have to pay, apartments decent, but smaller than on pictures, bathroom quite small and biggest disappointment as outdated/worn-out.
I really liked the food choices at this hotel, lots of fresh fruit, endless choice of "green" staff / sallads, loved nicely prepared traditional turkish dishes. Location of hotel is good with short stroll to the beach, pool very clean & not too busy. Not a standard type of hotel - it has got a feel of being in nature due to loads of plants,roses, palms etc also providing shade and coolness required on hot days. Entertainment is rare but decent - provided on stage around pool including traditional turkish folk groups, derwish dance, belly dancer, open fish barbecue & donner kebab, nice music.

United KingdomThe food was poor quality. Little variety and not appropriate to the weather. Very hot weather is not the time to be serving casserole and stews for every meal. But the hot food was not presented and kept at a safe temperature. We never saw any staff member check or probe the "hot" food, which was never hot, just lukewarm, even at the very start of service. Also, there were constantly flies on the open food trays. My partner and I had stomach upsets for most of our stay. There was not enough seating in the restaurant for the guests. Often, we chose our food from the buffet, then had no table to sit at and eat. There was a service period of just 2 hours in the evening, so the guests could not choose to eat at a less busy time, and there would have been nothing left anyway. Hot drinks were served in thin paper cups - no cups and saucers. I saw a fellow guest burn his hands when carrying his cups of fresh hot coffee back to the table. The special fish night involved an outdoor grill, which filled the whole outdoor seating area with choking black smoke, which triggered an asthma attack. Our room, which was close to this area, and all our clothes, reeked of foul burned fish.
The rooms and gardens were very nice, and the pool was clean. We reserved a ground floor room, because I find stairs difficult, and we had confirmation of this in writing. On arrival we were allocated an upstairs room. We stayed in there for four more days, until my partner telephoned the owner to complain. Within an hour, a ground floor room was suddenly available, which was much better for the rest of our stay.

SlovakiaVery friendly staff helped with all what we needed. Family atmosphere so you feel like at home. Food was fresh and many variety of it also tasty and some days special like Turkish night with typical dance. Beach for hotel was small but out of season enough, you can choose near beach for few euro a day. In garden of hotel are many animals- birds, bunnies, cats etc. We love it there and for sure will come there again.
