Takaev Cave House is a truly unique and memorable experience. The traditional rooms, carved into the rock, are beautifully designed and meticulously clean, offering a genuine taste of Cappadocian architecture. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village, providing stunning views of the breathtaking Cappadocia landscape. The breakfast is delicious, with a selection of local specialties that add to the charm of the stay. Aziz, the host, was incredibly hospitable and made us feel at home throughout our visit.

The host staff are really friendly and kind. They always help us with the actives we wanted to do. They gave us great recommendations of things to do, always smiling and friendly. The location is nice to trekking from the castle to Goreme. The hotel offers magnificent views at sunrise for air ballon watching . And is a few minutes walk to the top for watching the sunrise.

Property is amazing with some exceptional view of the hot air balloon. Hosts are amazing .. had a great interaction with Aziz and Ogi and they were the best hosts that you could get. Had the best time here .. highly recommended.

The location is excellent because it allows you to have a beautiful view of the valleys. Azis and his brother, all of them, are helpful, kind, attentive, they made our stay more enjoyable. The additional services offered by the hotel are with good companies at good prices and excellent quality. The toilet and facilities are welcoming, reserved, comfortable, neat. I completely recommend this place to stay and get to know Cappadocia wonderfully.

The view was magnificent and the staff was very helpful and kind. He told us about turkish people and turkish culture which was interesting. He told us about the route to walk around and booked the turkish bath treatment with a good deal. Everything was perfect. I had also amazing happy moment to have a bath looking at balloons in the morning:)

A few of the fixtures were slightly dated, but we were told they were renovating shortly so it’s likely a non-issue.

Such a wonderful place to stay at, it had everything you needed from friendly staff to great location to having a cave room. This place included a wonderful Turkish breakfast

You do have to go down quite a bit of stairs to get to your room, but that was to be expected as the hotel is built on the hillside.

Staying in cave rooms was quite a uniq experience. The temperature in the rooms is also quite cooling due to the this. No need for air conditioning! We also loved their breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious but could have been offered earlier. The flights back to Istanbul etc leave early so would be good to work in with this.

A great location away from the crowds of Goreme. Felt quieter and more languid.

The amenities in the bathroom could have been better.

Oggy at the property was exceptionally helpful. Smooth check in process, he even recommended great dinning options. Property has a great view of hot air ballons on the terrace :)
