QatarDirty towels and bed sheets. The room gets dusty all the time. The daily cleaning was poor. The bed and pillow were not comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful, also they helped us to book some activities. The view was beautiful. Nearby public parking.

United KingdomI feel sorry to list so many faults. The people we met at the hotel were fantastic, but the room facilities did not provide the same high standard. I do not like the layout of the spa suite. Wet feet when using the toilet after the shower has been used. Rattling windows and badly-fitting curtains. Flickering bedside lamp. Jacuzzi plug release not working. TV too small and too high. 87 stairs from our room up to reception. Large comfy bed but the bedclothes did not fit well and one pillow was soft while another was lumpy.
Staying in a cave hotel is a unique experience. The castle (Uchisar Kalesi) is just a few steps away. The service from the front desk staff was 5 stars. The breakfast was excellent with different breads each day. The view from the breakfast room and terraces is breathtaking. There are so many restaurants to choose from within just a few minutes walk. Uchisar is not quite so busy or full of tourists as some other places, such as Goreme. It feels a bit more relaxed.

Cozy charming hotel with reaal cave rooms in the slope os urchisar Castle, offering a beautiful view to Cappadocia valleys.
