There was nothing we did not like about the hotel, but a couple of observations. Many Goreme properties still have coal heating. There is the occasional smell of this, particularly at night, but you quickly don't notice. The hotel is not (in my opinion) for persons with mobility issues. The unique (and charming) nature of the hotel - built into the side of rocks means stairs (some narrow), including to get to the breakfast area which is on the top floor (as it should be with the exceptional view from the dining patio). The road up the hotel is narrow and winding - quite navigable, but the first drive of it may leave you wondering if you are going the right way - you are!

Wonderful, small family-run hotel. Zia received us at check-in and was ready to assist with anything throughout our stay. The owner was also present frequently and clearly takes pride in his hotel. Newly renovated and it shows. The owner provided lots of recommendations on what to see and what was doable in a day. Breakfast each morning was a lovely buffet of Turkish and non-Turkish items, and the owner and breakfast cook specially catered to my son who has a dairy allergy. The rooms are charming and the hotel layout is unique and added to the ambience of the property. The location is excellent and it is a short walk to where everything is happening in central Goreme, yet far enough away that you can't hear the noise and activity. Exquisite location for watching the balloons with an unmatched view from the rooftop patio. Really felt like we had the Cappadocia experience.

Very good location! You can just walk down to the main square of Göreme. Yilmaz and Ziya were gentle, kind and very friendly. Yilmaz speaks english fluently and he can arrange everything you need, tours, hot balloon flights, scooter rental, transfers, even Covid tests. Zyia is a very sweet guy. Breakfast was delicious. Great hot tea and food. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

the room was beautiful as well as the reception/breakfast area and terraces. the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our time in Cappadocia even more special. they arranged our balloon flight, airport shuttle and even drove us to some local places!

Terrace is amazing for sunset and sunrise, nice view on Goreme city. Breakfast is really good, lot of choice The room was fantastic in a cave, huge bathroom with spa bathtub. Staff and owners (family owner) are very nice and helpful

The cleaning lady interrupted our siesta nap calling to the room and started to make some weird performance with her fingers. I guess she wanted a tip. Anyway it was really rude

The property had a lovely rooftop with beautiful rugs and a stunning view of the hot air balloons in the morning. The room was nice and comfortable- always cleaned daily really well. The staff were friendly and Angela the owner was very helpful and nice to chat to at breakfast time.

We booked airport transport through the hotel and it was 10 euros per person which was the cheapest option but the transport also picks up other passengers so you have to wait for their flights to arrive and depending on their hotel drop offs you may be dropped off last. We were dropped off second to last so it took almost 2 hours to get to our hotel from Kayseri Airport. We also stayed in room 5 and the lock on the door is difficult to close when you are leaving. You have to apply lots of pressure with your foot on the bottom of the door area and pull on the handle with a lot of strength while turning the key. The breakfast was not memorable at all.

The rooftop terrace at 5am with the air balloons in the sky we're AMAZING. The room was clean and spacious. The AC and hot water for the shower and tub was perfect. The night shift staff member was extremely kind.
