Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PolandHotel good for the price, but I have reservations about a few points that are not listed on booking - namely the spa area 30 minutes from the hotel, the breakfast room is also different. Coffee from the coffee machine for breakfast is additionally payable, only coffee from a sachet was free, which did not resemble coffee. The staff saved the stay, especially Hamza - the most helpful person I have ever met, he helped us many times, he deserves special praise 🩷

ItalyIt's not very close to the metro. This could be a problem only if you have very heavy luggage. If that's not an issue, then it's not too far to walk from the metro. There are rusty stains on the ceiling from a previous water leak. I would just like some cosmetic repairs to be done in the bathroom.
I had a very positive impression of my stay in the room. I liked absolutely everything in principle. I highly recommend it and I think I would stay here again.

In my opinion, the place where the hotel is situated perfect, not far from the underground, unfortunately lack of people’s English we have spent whole 1 hour to attempt to find it, (we have not had internet) in addition personal who works in the reception does not know English, it is arduous to inquire and clarify something. Generally everything is ok not bad. Room is tidy, clean. Personals are helpful, polite as well as kind.

DenmarkRoom was smelling smoke from the previous guest. Maybe I didn’t specify a non-smoking room but I don’t remember that option was given to me while booking. The bathroom was not dirty overall but lime marks were all over the place especially on the shower floor. Air conditioning was working poorly, quite old.

AzerbaijanService during the breakfast is really really bad. Nobody is cleaning tables it is really messy. the room was small and the lightning in the room was really poor. No fresh air. Tiny window. Do not book smallest category of room.
Breakfast was really reach and good. Internet was ok. Good value for money. Location is convenient. There is hair dresser, pharmacy and market nearby. Staff was helpful in ordering taxi whenever needed.

BulgariaNot sure if the SPA is free. Тhe internet connection was not very good. Тhe fridge was not cooling enough and when you leave the room you take the card accordingly there is no electricity in the room and the refrigerator does not work.
The hotel is nice, the room was nice, cleaning every day. The brakfast was abundant. Staff was kind. There is privet parking.

CanadaBe aware, this hotel has central A/C, in July with the heat almost 40C it's unbearable. Some of the towels were old and with holes.
Great location - close to Marmaray and the pier, buses and metro. The breakfast was good - lots of choices, fresh and tasty food. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, a clean and cozy hotel with a nice terrace to enjoy.

As a hotelier, The hotel location for my self was good, breakfast was very nice with lots of items to chose from. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and the only comment I would say that they were not in uniforms, they were all dressed differently.
