Was amazing experience and sufficient members of the staff are very friendly at restaurants beckt and Ibrahim are very good at there jobs are will given 10@ 10 also the chef was girls and members of the break fast are all good and friendly also the guy Salem was good as well helped me to get taxi out was superb experience with members of the team also I think the manager Mehmet was good to know him and he was trying to help us with the luggage I give the hotel 5stars not 3stars is my opinion and I want to say Many thanks for kindness I hope to see you soon again keep it up good job

WiFi in room was at best sporadic, in the end I gave up and used WiFi in the lobby.

Accessing the parking lot is inconvenient, but it should not be a deal breaker for visiting the hotel. Someone at the hotel has to open the parking gate, while you are double parked in front of it. We weren't notified in advance of the location and how to access it, so we recommend reaching out to the hotel if you're using the parking lot.

I had trouble finding a hotel in Izmir, and this seemed like one of the best for value. And that ended up being true, thankfully! The hotel is super clean and modern, no complaints at all. We did not have any issues with noise even though the hotel is off a main parkway. One of the best parts of the hotel was the breakfast! It's buffet style and has so many options, including cooked eggs. We loved it!

Was in a room next to the lift the first few nights which was a little noisy on Saturday night with some guests returning late. Hotel staff moved me on request to a sea facing view room.

The bed was very noisy and you could listen every little move. The internet was working but very slow and was difficult to work. Here is better to use own mobile flat.

Room cleaning during our stay was unsatisfying aswell as toiletries and toilet paper refill. Breakfast is basic. Mattress is too soft and pressed through

Good location with less than 3km to the market by foot. 24h reception, late check in possible, staff is very helpful and speaks good english. Private parking available, pet friendly, wonderful sea view. Room is well equipped. Good shower mixer. Clean and tidy overall.

The room with the sea view was beautiful, I could stay in the room all day. Our kids liked their room facing the street, with colourful stairs across. It has old İzmir's vibe. Loved both rooms. The breakfast was very cutely and neatly organised. Everything we taste was delicious. Breakfast is served until 10.30, which I regret to hear. I would love to stay at least till 11.30. Hope they consider to extend the hours in the future.

The only reason i didn't give a 10 was the keycard for the door not working half of the time had to go back to get a new one a few times

Great, spacious room with all the necessary amenities. The bed is very comfy as well. Easily accessible with the tram and has a nice public park in front. Breakfast selection was very good and tbe view from the breakfast area is just lovely. The staff is very friendly.

Our booked room was a double with sea view. The electrical box was exposed and buzzing incredibly loudly. There was no way I could sleep. They refused to move us instead we had to pay for an upgrade which DOUBLED the price. Once we had our upgrade the King bed was so hard it felt like wood. They know this room has this problem with the loud buzzing but they don't fix it--it's a fire hazard. I have video of awful noise but can't share here.

The room smelled like smoke (not sure if last people smoked in it or it was the airco), but was not a pleasant smell.

Air condition - not working (I open the window , very noisy). Coloured Smell - new renovate but the Color smell is too strong. Lock Key - Cannot lock ( not good in install). Breakfast - not enough in tableware. Not good management
