I want to express my gratitude to the hotel. Manager Miraysu POLAT and Murtaza were always in touch and quickly answered for my questions. Food in the buffet is tasty, thank Saniyat for attention. All staff are very polite. In the room was a refrigerator and a kettle. Cleaning everyday! The spa has excellent baths.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The location is perfect, with easy access to many restaurants, shops and bus. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast and the service was top-notch. Lastly, the housekeeping team deserves a special mention for keeping the rooms spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location!

I recently stayed at The Nirvanas Hotel İstanbul during a business trip, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful suite they kindly upgraded me to. The room was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities provided made it easy to relax after long workdays. Beyond the great accommodations, what truly stood out was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Caner Bey, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. His professionalism and kindness made everything seamless. The staff is very helpful. Murtaza contacted me after booking and was especially kind to assure me that there was no problem with early check-in. I thank him very much! As promised, they accommodated us to another room that had two beds, as we preferred. The room was clean and well heated in the cold and rainy season.

Zero soundproof. We heard every step of our neighbors. When they talked by phone, I was able to hear everything from the phone. Also we heard noise from the street, because of the bad quality of windows.

It was a convenient location for the Atatürk airport. The room was a very good size. Transport was arranged to and from SAW and IST. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

My parents stayed at the hotel for a week and had no complaint at all. Even when the hotel was booked, the manager Mr. Mehmet Caner found us a solution so that the parents won't need to move. It's the second stay this year at The Nirvanas, and just like the first time we can only recommend it.

It is a nice hotel, with very kind and friendly staff who were always helpful to us. A small inconvenience is that the hotel is still under construction, and during the day, it can be a bit noisy because of this.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Ekin, Veysel, and the manager who swiftly arranged the room replacement. If your room faces the street, it might be a bit noisy, but there was some construction happening during my stay, so it was just a matter of timing. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

Breakfast could be more varied (after all, this is a 4-star hotel). The man who works at the pool, in addition to not knowing English, is extremely impolite. Wifi could be better.

The location of the hotel is excellent (public transport is 100m from the hotel, from where you can go to any part of Istanbul). The rooms are clean and spacious. Two girls who work at the reception, Ekin I Nisa are very kind and always tried to be helpful.
