Everything about this hotel was perfect. The greeting was the best I have had from any variation of hotel, the rooftop bar was so beautiful we visited everyday, I barely left the hotel it was so nice.

I highly recommend experiencing a stay at this hotel; it offers a unique and comfortable experience that makes you feel special. There is a significant focus on every aspect of the stay, and attention to detail is evident in the quality of services provided. While there are a few minor observations for improvement, I am confident that under the hotel's excellent management, they will take the necessary steps to enhance their offerings. In conclusion, I would like to extend my gratitude to the hotel management and all staff members for their exceptional service and hospitality.

Reception I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM. As soon as I exited the car, a member of the hotel staff introduced himself politely and spoke English well. He informed me that he would assist me until the check-in process was complete. Upon entering the hotel lobby, I was immediately struck by the grandeur; the color palette and furnishings exuded luxury, mixed with a sense of tranquility. The check-in area is somewhat compact, with three stations for registration, yet I didn’t wait more than five minutes to begin the check-in process. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist (names will remain confidential to respect the hotel's staff). He introduced himself, requested my passport, and began the check-in procedure by explaining all the details about my reservation, the length of stay, room type, and payment methods. I opted for split payment using a credit card and was informed about the option to leave a security deposit for the minibar, room service, or hotel restaurant charges—though this was optional. The receptionist was exceedingly helpful and provided an envelope containing a letter with details about the available services during my stay, including information about The RitzCarlton Club Lounge. Despite the thoroughness of the check-in details, the process was smooth and efficient. Meanwhile, the front office manager introduced himself and welcomed me warmly and professionally. He escorted me to my room, explaining the hotel facilities, available services, restaurants, and spa offerings along the way. Upon entering the room on the tenth floor, I discovered a lovely surprise: the hotel had organized a birthday celebration, complete with balloons, a birthday cake, fruits, and flowers. This thoughtful gesture demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction and attention to detail. The check-out process was also quick, respectful, and efficient.

It was amazing , originally our plan was to stay for a week but we liked the vibe and atmosphere especially the bosphorus front view from the room so we extended our stay 3 days more

The Hotel is situated in an uphill location, so walking up to it was a chore. It is also just behind Besiktas J.K. Football Club and during a football match the adjacent streets are blocked making it difficult to reach the hotel by car due to the crowds.

This is a classy and luxurious hotel and I was lucky to have booked the greatest room with a view of the Bosphorus and the Besiktas J.K. Football Club. This was a substitute anniversary getaway for me and my wife which the hotel gratefully and thankfully has simply decorated it with fit the occasion :). The location is quiet and the hotel is 15-20 minute walk distance from Taksim Square and other shopping Areas.

It was a very beautiful stay and the well-known level of cleanliness is high and the safety is very high. I left the hotel and went to a second hotel tomorrow and I am returning to Ritz. Thank you.

Very beautiful structure, excellent location, perhaps just a little difficult to manage entirely on foot, otherwise everything was perfect: the welcome, the staff, the beauty of the room, and especially a particular applause goes to the Italian cuisine managed impeccably, you eat very well, better than in Italy. From the very start of our stay, the staff treated us with exceptional hospitality, making us feel truly special. My husband and I spent two nights at the hotel, initially staying in a Front Bosphorus view room. The view was spectacular and the room was lovely, though we did experience some noise and smoke smell due to neighboring guests, affecting our sleep. We mentioned this politely at reception the next day, and coincidentally, it was my birthday. The staff graciously upgraded us to the Istanbul Suite, adding a delightful touch of celebration. Upon returning later that day, we were surprised by a thoughtful arrangement in our suite. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options that left us feeling well satisfied both mornings. Our experience at this hotel was remarkable, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. I look forward to returning!
