We received an offer for an upgrade and Ritz Carlton Club access just before our visit and we accepted. this was a very good decision. I suggest everyone to pay the extra for this access. The service we received was the best quality. Everyone did their best to make our stay unforgettable, special thanks to Club personnel for amazing service quality. we used also the Atolye restaurant in the Hotel, which was also very good.

The Bosphorous view from my room was amazing! The breakfast was rich & delicious. The only negative point is that you have to climb a road to reach the Taksim area (10 min walk from the hotel), which can be quite tiring for some family members/people. However, I highly recommend the stay @ The Ritz Carlton.

Ritz-Carlton as usual is a second home for us. The whole facility and the staff are very professional and meet all our expectations. Since the hotel is very well located in the heart of Istanbul with an astonishing Bosphorus view, you and your loved ones will experience once again the great feelings of being in Istanbul. The access in/out is quite convenient and super restaurants like Nobu welcome multinational guests with great cuisine. If you prefer Turkish food, you should try Atölye. Starting with a prosecco drink at the reception desk, and finishing with a sunset view at 12th-floor lounge. Your Istanbul experience should never finish.
