We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandEverything could be perfect if - the reception was listening to their guests, I told them to help clean garbage on the beach as some guests were cleaning the sea and left it on sand. Well, it took the reception 3 days to finally send somebody to clean. It is not acceptable for a 5 stars resort. - flies in the restaurant, not on the food but in your face
Stuff in all of the restaurants are wonderful, the food is very good, clean, hotel area is very green and well maintained, the separation between Adults 16+ and families with kids are also a huge plus.

NetherlandsGreat resort. Really good food and big variety of cocktails, beers, spirits. It is possible to have sparkling wines. Clean and spacious room. The best thing is that in pools and restaurants there are separate areas for adults and people with children. This was the 2nd time at all-inclusive resort and we expected much worse, but were really pleasantly surprised.

SwitzerlandOur room was in the noisy part of the hotel and it was hard to fall asleep before midnight, this is when the loud shows stop usually. The miniclub was only in British English, there was a girl who spoke German, but that's it. All the shows, etc. were in British English.
See was clean and nice though not shallow enough for small kids. The food was good, especially in the main reastaurant and in the Turkish a la carte restaurant.

United StatesFar too many guests for the small pools and number of loungers available. There's no shade for the pools at all. The staff is flummoxed by the idea of a plain iced coffee--ask for that and you'll get a slightly chilled vanilla latte.
The buffet was surprisingly good; a la carte restaurants, not so much.
