Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. For senior folks it might be a consideration going up the stairs if staying in the upper level (4th floor). The stairs are steep.
Excellent staff. Kadir is very kind and professional. The room was very comfortable and has a big balcony. The hotel is very close to the main attractions, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and so on. Many restaurants and shops around the place.

Stairs to the fourth floor are very steep and narrow, so passing through is not comfortable. But that's building disposition, so if you require full comfort, choose Harmony hotel beside, which is the same owner
Kadir, the owner and his family are very pleasant, kind and helpful. Upper room has a balcony with good view to the sea and hotel is located very close to all great sightseeings of Istanbul

The stairs were not good for old people or with health problems. The breakfast was few doors away with climbing more stairs.
The staff was excellent. Any problems fixed straight away. No complaints. Very professional and well organised by the manager. Polite and courteous. Room very warm, daily cleaned with new towels. Brilliant location. Manager and staff exceeded expections with their constant will to keep customers happy.

The staff is attentive and genuinely helpful, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture prepared for our arrival, and the team offered great support in organizing local activities. Not having AC in the space next to the balcony made it difficult to deal with the heat.
Location is the best about this property. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. The property is cleaned daily.

Was fine for us, but no lifts. So walking up stairs could be a problem for some people.
Well located for the main tourist attractions on this side of Istanbul. Great staff, always helpful.

The room is a little tight for two people, but overall, it was very comfortable.

Amazing location in Old Istanbul. Great value for money. Excellent choice if you are looking for something to just sleep in. The rooms are compact but bearable. Not luxurious but comfortable and was great for a base after our busy days.

The receptionist was accommodating. He went the extra mile to help us when we had an issue with the shopping we did for some clothes. Overall, all the staff were very nice and friendly. The room is cleaned every day and whenever you return to the hotel, you find the room well prepared as the first day.

No lift which has not been a problem for us. However it would not be easy for old guests.
A little gem in old city center. Very clean room with large balcony. The views from balcony is amazing. Our suite room located on top floor was beyond our needs.

Very comfy cozy hotel near Blue Mosque and walking distance to main attractions in Sultanahmet. The staff is very firendly and welcoming. Room is perfect for a short trip - it was cleaned daily even if we only stayed for few days. Breakfast is plenty and delicious.

There are many stairs to get room. That could be problem for old people
