I had a basement room which I knew about when I booked. It was the only room left and as my friends were staying here I booked it reluctantly. I would not choose a basement room if I had a choice.

The hotel has an excellent location, a five-minute walk fom the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Also close to the Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and Gülhane park. Many shops and restaurants can be found in the area. The tram stop is also a few minutes walk, which gives access to many other destinations. The breakfast was delicious. During breakfast we had an excellent view of the sea and a nearby mosque. We recommend the airport transfer service provided by the hotel, which facilitated the access to the city.

Air conditioning apparently does not work during winter months. Room was very hot on some nights. Only solution was to open the window and that increased the noise level.

The breakfast is awful.. and you can hear your neighbor from the other room doing everything and the worst is when they flush the toilet, you wake up from your sleep as something is going to fall on you.

Our room bathroom could need a little bit of uplift. It’s very good but it is showing a little sign of age. It is very clean though.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Istanbul. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms with view on the sea are very nice as you can experience an amazing sunset if you have room on that side. It is a min away from many restaurants and cafes and 5 mins walk to the Blue Mosque. The breakfast is very good and breakfast area has amazing views. The rooms are very nice and clean. We absolutely loved our stay and would like to come back. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay memorable.

This Hotel is a really good choice when you are interested in the historical centre of Istanbul because of its perfect location near the main historical monuments and its surroundings. The Hotel is very clean, calm, nice and friendly. All its stuff was super sympathetic and helpful. Breakfasts were very nice, tasty and rich. And our room had a very lovely view at the sea and small mosques. We were very happy to spend our holidays there, we had such a great time there, thank you all for everything!!!
