The apartment is clean and very comfortable. We got the unit in 2nd floor,with the balcony to enjoy the sea view. Kitchen utensils were new and they were quite complete (although some additional utensils will be better). The location is as we expected: it is on top of the hill, quiet and little bit far from the city center. If no vehicle, we have been told that there is actually a bus stop nearby that can take us to either city center or the nearest mall downhill. But most of our favorite experience was the hospitality of the owner (Mr. Akif and his family), they are very friendly, really supportive. He even managed to arrange us the airport transfer, 2 days tour and we got great & friendly, english speaking driver! (Mr. Kubilay). Thanks for the Eid Chocolate gifts! Location

The curtins very light ..should have blackout The apartment may have the essential for kitchen.. like salt suger even tea and coffee There was very noisy neighbors in the tob of us .. moving the furniture all the night and hearing their voices

We’ve stayed 8 nights, wide rooms, wide saloon and fully equipped kitchen side, everything was new, clean and property with private fenced cars parking. The sea view is very clear, the owner “Abu Arin” is running the Zal Suites, he’s cheerful, helpful and available 24/7, price is valuable, property is close to airport and trabzon city center, walking distance from Forum Mall, I would recommend it for future stay for sure, I have all positive experience about it. we stayed around 3 weeks at ZAL Suite. Received the best hospitality from Akif Bay and Maryam Khanom. They went beyond normal guest hosting, from arranging our medicine to be delivered from Pharmacy to taxi to airport. The apartments are new, cleansome with sea view, the area is very quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable, and you have all you need to stay short and long, from vacuum to hair dryer. The kitchen ware is good for fewxdays, because we were staying longer, Maryam Khanom arranged what were missing, so we could cook our food better. the heating system and shower were excellent, best shower temperature and pressure I have had so far in my travel north Turkey. The hosts are very efficient and friendly and really did their best to make our stay comfortable. Even with language barrier by using translator we had a great nd fast mobile exchange and conversation. we highly recommend to stay at ZAL Suites.

We stayed in late October, the apartment was very cold despite having central heating. The AC in heat mode was not working properly. More attention to cleanliness is needed.

The host, mr.mohammad was very kind and helpful. The location is good and very close to the main places in trabzon.
