Spacious rooms but furnishings need to be replaced. New kitchen should be considered. The fridge, stove, cabinets all worked but needed to be replaced due to wear and tear.

Some touch up needed in the room. The rusted handrail in the shower needs replacing, cracked mirror etc. TV reception not great.

Cannot beat the location. Sunsets from the bar right on the point was an absolute highlight. Loved the restaurant. Very accommodating staff. Cleaning staff was lovely and attentive. Short stair to the incredible beach was terrific

I didn’t like the beds, it was much too hard and the pillows were also hard- I could deal with one or the other but not both. Tje bathroom was redone but the vanity cupboard had a few roaches crawling out so the house keeping had to spray it for us.

the property was well situated and the grounds was clean and the restaurant food and bar was delicious and top notch.The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms also, the new appliances and flooring made it even better😊

The bathroom toilets could use an upgrade, very hard to flush. The units could use a bit of an upgrade, the locks on the sliding door don't twist and some of the appliances in our room didn't work. Blu probably should do better to stock the ingredients on the menu, we showed up for an early dinner and they were already out of the lobster.

The location is great, near the beach. There are a couple of animals that roam the property but they don't impact the stay at all. The staff is very nice, the property should consider spraying for mosquitos.

There was a party/concert that was held on the hotel grounds that we were notified about after booking. We were not offered complimentary or, discounted tickets. A discount on our rate would've been nice for the inconvenience.

Crown point area is a little bit restless and the beach is crowded. Breakfast was a disappointment.

Close to airport, the restaurant and bar are good. Safe hotel and great views from the room. Chanelle was very helpful.

The beds were not very comfortable. The staff tried to accommodate, but ultimately the hotel might need to invest in some more comfortable mattresses.

Things that I find can be improved are: The dated cupboards in the kitchenette and bedroom e.g. the side tables and closet. They were literally falling apart. The food at the restaurant (that left much to be desired). The place was generally clean however the shower area could have been cleaner.

The stay was good generally. The cost was quite good and the location was excellent. The ambience was quite nice as well. I loved the units overlooking the beach.

Having such a big fete set up at that location was not good. Our room rattled and we felt no choice but to buy the expensive tickets because we could not stay in our room and enjoy it.

Property needs updating and staff can be friendlier and more courteous. Some staff were very rude, unpleasant and miserable.

Ideal location and right on beach. Within crucial part of Tobago and near airport, good beaches, all amenities and easy access to rest of island.
