The location view was excellent. Friendly staff. Excellent range/variety of menu for meals. Great tasting food but limited drinks menu. The drinks they provided was good but inconsistent with the different persons making the drinks. The pool was very beautiful Overall an excellent experience.

CanadaThere was a little bit of confusion with the fact we had an additional family member staying with us for two of the nights we were there - even though we had let the hotel know ahead of time that this would be happening.
Meals were great but both breakfast and dinner could have gone a little later than they did - we often felt a little rushed. Entertainment was also good - the steel drum entertainer was amazing - but the entertainment also could have run a little later than it did.

Trinidad and TobagoThe fact that basic necessity as water was only available via a water cooler, so I had to go downstairs to stand by the bar and drink cup after cup of water. I didn't get in the fridge, so I had to purchase bottled water to keep in my room. And there was little music available for the guest while in the pool, we begged for it but was totally ignored. I took an upgrade in room but was disappointed because the room was too small. It was not appealing.

Trinidad and TobagoWhere to start? I made a booking for 3 rooms. We called a week and a half before our stay asking if it was possible to have early check in for 2 of the rooms as our flight was arriving early in the morning and we had a 3 month old baby with us (early check is advertised by Starfish as being possible once the hotel can accommodate). We were told to enquire close to our arrival date which we did the day prior to arrival, it was again requested this time via the booking.com app, the hotel replied and said to check on arrival. We called the hotel on arrival to Tobago, the person at the front desk advised us that 2 rooms would be ready by 10 as the rooms had unoccupied the previous night and we can come around that time. We went across at 11am to give the hotel some extra cleaning time. On arrival we were greeted with news that no rooms were ready and they were unaware of our request but the rooms should be ready within the hour. We decided to wait and paid the TTD 300 early check in fee the hotel charges. At 12pm we enquired again and still no rooms were ready, again at 12.30pm we enquired no rooms were ready. I have to reiterate that we had a 3 month old with us, the hotel's lobby is not air conditioned and the ceiling fans provide no relief from the humid lobby area. One of the 2 rooms was finally ready at 1.30pm and we were given a refund of the early check in fee, as we could have made other arrangements had the hotel not told us the rooms were ready. The only reason given was that housekeeping took longer than expected. When we got to our room (on the opposite side of the hotel with no external access on that end so we had to walk with all our luggage) the room had a strange smell and seemed in dire need of some upgrading. The television channels were all scrambled so nothing could be seen.

United KingdomAccommodation was very tired and dated hotel with dated rooms. Bathrooms could absolutely be upgraded so that was disappointing. Big disappointment was also that there is no wifi in the hotel rooms (only patchy network in the lobby and bar area) despite Booking.com advertising wifi throughout the hotel. Really dark rooms with poor lighting. There are also no plug sockets by the bed for phone / laptop charging etc. we had to unplug the lights in order to charge our phones. Our room had dirty bathroom mirrors and dustweb on the lights. Toilet was not screwed in / sealed so had a slow leak. Overall the rooms / hotel quality standard has clearly slipped over the years.
Food was pleasant. Service was great. Staff were hospitable and accommodating. Friendly staff at security, reception and in the on-site restaurant.

Tv stopped working multi times and came back on the night before we checked out, no wash clothes in the room we had to ask for them and got them late at night, then when we asked for clean ones two days later they said okay but we need the dirty ones and they never came back. Electricity went out more than once no lights no hot water and we were there to attend a wedding, it just wasn't the experience we expected breakfast staff most of them seemed to have attitudes and only talk to who they wanted and just ignore you even when you're looking them right in the face talking. Let's just say that was a one time only trip there and we had multiple rooms.

United StatesI made a reservation for myself, my mom and son. I messaged the resort to ask if my mom could check in without me since she would be getting there first. They stated that she could. When my son and I got there, they would not let us in without a COVID vaccination card. The vaccination card was never listed as a requirement. Luckily, I keep them with me. Next, we had to wait over 30 minutes to check in because the lady at the front said that nothing was left with my name on it. My mom was already in the room and I showed her the reservation with all of our name on it. I know it was there because I made the reservation. Whoever the lady was at the front desk, was extremely rude. When I finally get to the room, the TV did not work, the water barely drained in the shower and the beds were hard. The next morning, we left out early and my son left his iPhone in the room. But when we got back later that evening, the phone was gone. When using track my iPhone, that was the last location that came up. Someone did come to the room to clean it. When we asked the front desk if anyone turned in anything, she said no. She asked did we leave cleaning instructions to clean the room but there was nothing in the room for us to do that. Also, I did not understand what the missing phone had to do with cleaning instructions. If we left the phone and they came to clean then it still should be there when we arrived. Luckily, iPhone has the lost mode so no one can use it.

United StatesWas my birthday, no special accommodations even given advance notice. Not enough towels, the ones it do have needed some bleach. I had to take benadryl, they have a lot of dust in the fixtures and it's outdated. Lots more. But do better.
Complimentary drink upon arrival. Size of the room, the scenery and beach access was great. Just steps away from room. The security guards was really pleasant and helpful.
