The property was clean, facilitated a late check in, had put care and thought into the little details within the room and had all the little amenities required. The breakfast was tasty, fresh and accomodating to our time needs, the staff friendliness and attitude was fantastic, actually being on of the highlights of the stay. We were caught in the earthquake and we had to stay another day. The hosts took such great care of us and helped us with arrangements to leave Hualien - giving us lifts to the train stations, checking train times and possible routes. “I would say everything about the property was awesome. The calmness, cleanliness, serenity and the amazing view from the room. Our room was upgraded by the host and the hospitality of the host was exceptional! The breakfast was wholesome and the ambience of the home was truly worth remembering.
The host went out of her way to take our kid to take to her Grandma's house to let our kid play at the play area. She further went out of her way to drop us to the train station as well.

“The landlady was very nice and upgraded us to an other location which was more central than the original house (there was some problems with the communication before we arrived and we had to wait for a couple of hours before she arrived). The other house was very nice and we had two bedrooms instead of one familyroom, and we were the only guests so we could have the kitchen and livingroom area all to ourselves. It had washer, dryer, kitchen with utensils…a very nice hot shower with good pressure. And just minutes walk from the bus/train station.”
