The location is perfect—right near a lively walking district with shops and restaurants. It was also so easy to take an Uber anywhere in the city. The hotel itself was spotless, with clean and comfortable rooms. If you want convenience and comfort, this is the place to stay!

United KingdomBed wasn't hugely comfortable but we stayed two nights so wasn't a big problem - it felt a bit 'squishy' but that's probably just my personal taste as my husband thought it was fine. The owner makes a big point about keeping the noise down after 10pm, which I think is a very fair rule. She mentions this a number of times on the LINE messages to all guests. However it was quite ironic that this was the only place I had to go and knock on the door of a group of girls and ask them politely to be quiet at 2am! This wasn't the fault of the owner/property though and hope it was just a 'one off' event.
Host was very responsive on the LINE App (please ensure you have this beforehand as others have mentioned as its important to use it for communication as there are no staff available at the property). We communicated in English and got prompt clear messages. Room was tastefully designed and equipped and a reasonable space (we had lots of luggage)! Shower and room were clean and had everything we needed. We had a big window on level 5, which gave the room a bright and airy feel. We were able to leave our luggage before check in which was very helpful. we also appreciated the small kitchen facilities (sink, water machine and fridge) as it allowed us to have our own breakfast/snacks whilst we were there. Would recommend this place for staying in the City as also very conveniently located to local areas of interest and reasonably priced restaurants

Such a cute boho vibe in both the communal area and the rooms. super comfortable beds, clean and quality bed linen and towels, spacious rooms with great big windows for natural light and a great location as a base for exploring Tainan. Great, clear communication from the host.

AustraliaNot much facilities just stay there for sleep. TV system is very hard to use. Even no cattel in the room. Have to go downstairs to access drinking water. We are five family members living in two rooms. We asked for putting us on same level but been rejected. The other room has been changed three/four times, but they never allow the same family stay on the same level. It's ten days. Unbelievable.

GermanyBig on decoration but skimp on practicality. The room is clean but lacking of shelves, tables, etc for putting things on. The mattresses are bad, that we can feel the springs so we didn't sleep well. No room cleaning service at all during the stay. Luckily we only stayed for two nights .

NetherlandsThe self check in was painfully confusing, needing to contact people via line and WhatsApp. I have no idea why it couldn't have been done through the booking chat function. The amount deducted from my card was higher than the amount I was supposed to pay. Blankets were too small for two people, so I did not sleep well. Noisy people were slamming the doors late at night. Poor value for money since there's no reception.

GermanyVery beautiful decorations and atmosphere, super clean and comfortable. Would have loved to stay longer! They don't offer many amenities like toothbrush etc but you can buy it for 10 twd, which I like because it might prevent too much waste by using disposable products. Check-in was easy and convenient.
