The walls are so thin. When someone was using the bathroom beside my room it was crazy loud! Walls weren't sound proof and guests we're really loud didn't care if there we're people resting. TV was so hard to use. Had to get some help with it twice! The remote wasn't functioning well!

I liked the location. It's very convenient to Ximending. I can easily just walk there. The staff we're great. They tried to fix my issue with the tv. And they reserved the solo room for me.

The bathroom toilets and showers were in one room which meant if someone was having a shower you couldn’t use the toilet or brush your teeth and there was only 2 bathrooms.

There was some signs of mold here and there, but nothing that really made using any of the facilities not worth using. Taiwan is a humid place, so this is to be expected.

Bathroom is full with black hair all the time... Room is too much packed, no place to put your stuff. There is no luggage storage, you should juyt leave it in front of the reception, that is pretty awkward

Its an OK accommodation. Wifi is good, bed is comfortable, they provide free tea&coffee and toast for breakfast.

1. I arrived in the middle of the night and the security guard at the entrance would deny my entry (he doesn't speak English, French or Romanian either). I had to sneak behind his back to get in the room. I am sure he is an employee of the building, not the hotel though. 2.I visited in January. They have no heating. I caught a cold as a result.

The only thing I disliked was that the room wasn't soundproof. I could hear people chatting clearly next to my ears in the morning, even though I had a private room.

It is situated in the tourist area of Ximending, so getting around is super easy. Also, nearby MRT exits. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

24 beds in one dorm room. The door is constantly opening and closing throughout the night. I know its free and shouldn't complain but toast and coffee for breakfast surely it is easier to let people make there own coffee instead of having a jug in the fridge which ypu then need to warm up in the microwave also have a toaster instead of a small over to make the toast much quicker and easier

Nice room, comfortable, breakfast available - toast bread with jam and some drinks, water dispenser with hot and cold water, tea… Common area is nice with seating facilities and table. Electrical plugs fit various multi national adapters also usb. It was clean and also good location

The sound insulation was poor, making every movement in the dormitory audible. The rooms had a musty smell, the water pressure in the bathroom was low with a delay in hot water, and the bedside charging socket had a slow charging speed.

It is conveniently located near Ximending, a lively shopping and entertainment district, and the English-speaking staff at the front desk made communication easy. The capsule bed was comfortable, with a fresh pillow and quilt provided. Each guest had a private locker with space for luggage and shoes, plus separate slippers, which was a thoughtful touch. Shared bathrooms were clean and stocked with essentials like toilet paper and a hairdryer, and air purifiers were placed in the dormitories for cleaner air. The upper floors were accessible by elevator.

At night it can get a little warm inside the capsules, I wish there was an option to make adjustments or add a little fan at least.

The location is great, near Ximending with many eating options nearby. Bed is comfy and staff are nice.

The room was pretty small and had 12 pax so things were quite jammed. The common area was also pretty small and didn’t have enough utensils in the kitchen.

Well located in the Ximending area. Room and common area were reasonably clean. Kind and helpful staff. Relatively cheap price compared to other hostels in Taipei. Comfy bed with outlets, lights and curtains. Offering free breakfast with bread, jam and coffee(but very basic). Facilities were a bit old but working well.

I don't really have any issue here tbh. Maybe the location is a little bit remote but that's it.

The place is pretty clean, the staff can speak english, friendly, helpful, and for the price, I think it worth the price. Oh yeah, you get free toast and drinks in the morning or until night I forgot. Nice

The bed design prevents shaking when other people get in or out, and there is limited light coming in regardless of your roommates. It's a comfortable hostel with great facilities and good staff, but I liked the beds the most. My feet don't stick out, but it allows for a little extra length if you do happen to be taller than 185cm

I think they should add some urinals or more toilets to be able to accomidate all guests at once.

I was especially surprised by how luxurious the bathrooms/toilets were - multiple private bathrooms for use by all guests.
