Generally, the location is quite near to the Main Railway station as well as the MRT and Ximending area. Size wise it is a bit small and some may find it challenging to open up 2 luggage. As our corner room is sort of facing the main road, road noise at night could be a problem for light sleepers.

A bit confusing to have the lobby located in a different location. In fact it is located in the building opposite from where we stayed. A little too far away from Ximending, more suitable for people who can walk.

Location is ok, it is about 10-15mins walk away from Ximending, there are some shops nearby which is worth to look around, one of them is Dr. Kao's shoes shop and fruits sellers. The fruit seller further away from the hotel even help to cut the fruits for us

Early on in my stay there were a few mornings where alarms were going off very early and there was a lot of noise in the hallway but that stopped after a few days and it was peaceful after that.

At self registration kiosk needed some assistance Charges some ~1500 NTD as a deposit. and not immediately refunded Extremally small rooms. Can have hear noises and conversations from other rooms Only half the items for making tea was available in the room Adult content on the TV would be an issue if children gets their own rooms

A clean place to stay in a bustling part of the city. The National Museum and Central MRT station is just walking distance. Many places to eat nearby.

Downside is the soundproofing is super bad. If you’re a light sleeper, be prepared to lose some sleep. Room size is small.

The staff are responsive and friendly. Cleaners are nice people. They clean, make up the room, change towels and top up water, toiletries every day. Toilet is clean, hot water is good, wifi is good.

had to pay for an extra pillow I broke my back a few years ago and is very hard to sit upright in the bed asked for extra pillow and was charged 200 dollars also had laundry done there kinda costly and didn't smell clean not sure if I got the upgraded room or not if I did it was a good thing I upgraded would have never made it in a smaller room

Check in not friendly and cause 1 hour still unable to settle and have to walk opposite main counter to settle. Even location near Taipei Main Station but quite far if walking..No providing water depenser at lobby. I stayed.8 night, can request to clean room but no changing bedsheets. If u continue stayed longer time..normally your.room will be the last one to clean and they will clean the short hour user first.

The room was very small, especially for those with one double bed.

It was clean, easy check in and check out. Small but u have all amenities required, toiletries, hairdryer etc. at a very convenient location with bus stops nearby. Closest met station is around 7 minutes walk away. Eateries plenty around the hotel.
