The Soli Hospitale is well located just next to the ocean. Everything in the hotel is very new and super well maintained. My room was very spacious and beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for any kind of question and requests. I only stayed for 2 nights but enjoyed every moment of it.

The staff were incredibly helpful and made the stay very comfortable. Big room with great bathroom and view. Wonderful bed. There is a laundry facility in the baseline which was really convenient. Free drinking water too. Highly recommend it for any tourists looking for great service and a good location.

I loved everything about it! We did hear the neighbours and hallway a little bit but it was not a problem for us at all. Will probably only bother you if you are very sensitive to noise.

Absolutely loved the place, possibly the best hotel I’ve ever been at. So stylish, extremely comfy, many amenities and extras, friendly staff, just overall great vibes. The balcony is also super cute! It’s in a very quiet side street and parking is safe and free. Very good location close to the beach and the night market! Wish we could have stayed in this place forever! The value for money is insane!

Lack of a elevator so you have to walk upstairs but the staff do help with your luggage so no major issues.

Staff were friendly, helped us to carry our suitcases upstairs and ran after us after we had checked out, to inform us of the emergency situation on the highway so we can organise our activities around the time restrictions for driving on it. Free snacks and drink were good. The toiletries were good - especially the Japanese soap.

The whole property is beautifully designed and the room truly felt like an escape from the outside world. The bed was super comfortable and the space is perfect if you intend to stay in Hualien for an extended length of time as you can easily work remotely from the room. The people are lovely at reception and helped us with our bags to the very top floor. We were very impressed with our stay.

This was by far the best hotel stay I have ever had. The hotel owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. We stayed at Soli Hospitale during a typhoon. The owners even provided us with food and helped us with our onward journey. Thank you very much for this incredibly relaxing stay. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and nicely furnished and there are great free snacks. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at this great hotel again.

This isn’t a dislike but more a request, the shower space could do with a small bath but that doesn’t stop me voting this place 10/10.

Honestly couldn’t fault this place, the male concierge was 10/10. His service and homely approach to running the hotel was definitely appreciated. We got upgraded to a bigger room which was awesome! Private parking out of harms way on the road too! The free snacks and drinks were delicious and greatly enjoyed. Entertainment system and TV was awesome too. Please open more hotels across Taiwan, I think you’ll do very well.

Beautiful inn on a quiet street near the beach and Beibin Park. Our room was large with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The air conditioning was great. Snacks were placed in our room and the lobby each day. Five minute walk to the night market and a great coffee shop (Edison Coffee). Finally, the owners were lovely and kind. We do not speak Chinese. They helped us navigate the city and book taxis each day. We will come back here.

The host is extremely warm, friendly, and attentive to guests. The place is very clean, and you can tell that the design was done with great care, with many thoughtful details. I especially liked the Bluetooth speaker in the room, which allowed me to listen to music. The scenery is also very beautiful, with a view of the sea from the balcony. They also provided a delicious breakfast and the host kindly helped me arrange a car service. I also had a dinner with the host and became a friend of his after the stay. I can’t recommend this place enough! Will surely come back and stay again in the future. I will give six stars if I can. :) Thank you, Yancy!

Soli was everything we could have wanted for our stay in Hualien! The spalike hotel is beautiful and our room was very thoughtfully designed. Furthermore, the location is steps away from the water on a peaceful little street. Not only was the ambience lovely, the service was also very generous - the host helped us book a car to visit Taroko Gorge the next day and gave us recommendations for food nearby. If you’re looking for a charming, soothing place to stay, I’d definitely recommend Soli. Would absolutely stay again!

We love the hotel! The moment we step in, we could tell the host put in a lot of effort curating every little corner. Both him and his wife were really friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is just next to the sea and within walking distance to the night market. We really like how it is easily accessible yet quiet at night. The hotel is equipped with amenities and their lobby has a fridge, local snacks and a coffee machine that uses Starbucks special blend. At this price point, there is nothing to complain about. We only regret not staying longer.

Clean, convenient, chill and hospitable. The room is as beautiful as the pictures on Booking, which amazed us a lot! There are QR codes offering some ideas about the local specialty. Equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave oven, fridges that are not only in the room but also in public space with ice cube, bottle openers and snacks.
