We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

TaiwanMaybe a mat in the bathroom or a sliding door to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. There was a light switch in the shower and an outlet close to the faucet. Those things are dangerous
I loved the aesthetic. It was comfortable, safe and beautiful. The customer service was perfect! You guys were patient and helpful. I appreciated the cups in the room as well.

DenmarkThe location of this place is great, making it easy to explore Kaohsiung. While the room was ultimately comfortable, the rooms, lighting, and bath were a bit dated, and the lack of luggage storage was a significant inconvenience. Communication with the host was fine, so overall, it’s a decent option for those looking for a good base to explore the city.

Canadaself check-in process meant I had to download an app I didn’t have already (Line), enter a 16 digit code to get into the building, climb up 3 steep flights of stairs to my room, and enter in another 6 digit code for my room. Regular hotel services such as luggage storage is not available, and early check in is a chargeable service. Also the bathroom drains didn’t work (shower one was clogged) and so had to take a quick shower so as not to flood the room, but flood stayed wet with bathwater the entire night.
