Maybe the entrance to the building can be improved. However, that was just a small thing to improve.

It's nestled at the city center, thus making trips around the city is convenient. The whole stay from our check-in to check-out was all via a machine which made the whole process smooth and fast! The cleaning staff we have met was also very kind and tried her best to accommodate us.

The single room with shared bathroom and shower facilities was quite small. Just a bed and a tiny desk. Be aware that a debit card might cause trouble, and I would recommend a real credit card for payment at the self-check-in machine. Luckily, I had both on me. My main gripe was the very noise AC in the single room which woke me up regularly when it would cycle through some water exchange mode.

Good location with nearby bus and MRT stations. Several restaurants and other local eateries nearby. Although there is no staff except the cleaning staff present, the self-check-in and checkout works reasonably well.

Once again, the automated check-in didn't quite work and we needed to get help from a real person. This time, we got a message saying the room wasn't ready, even though it was after 3 pm. But the machine didn't tell us what we should do, so in the end we rang the buzzer to summon help and a staff member found another room for us.

Second time staying here so I knew it was good. Clean, modern room with good bathroom including enclosed shower. Great location; walking distance from Taipei Main Station and with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Checked in a bit before 3 pm and the machine didn't give us a key card, but there was a staff member there cleaning rooms who got the card for us. Room is quite small, but has everything you need. Most rooms overlook the road and are bit noisy, though it was better once I realised the window was slightly open and closed it. Take earplugs if you think noise might be a problem. It's a little tricky getting in and out of bed for the person nearest the window.

Room looked newly-renovated and was spotlessly clean. Well-appointed, with TV, air-con and well-equipped bathroom. Automated check-in procedure sounded complicated, but worked fine. Great location; walking distance from the main station, with a metro station closer. Take-away coffee kiosk on the ground floor.

They don't provide towels for single rooms, which wasn't a big deal for me but should've mentioned it at the time of booking. But the friendly cleaning lady gave me up.

Good place to stay in Taipei. 10 mins walking distance to nearest mrt. You'll find tons of 7-eleven and convenient stores nearby. Friendly staff. Clean facility.
