Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanHallway smells like cigarette. The room is dirty. There are hairs in the bathroom and dust in the corners of the room and underneath the bed. Staff are unfriendly specially the lady in the dining hall.
Wifi has good connectivity.

The breakfast(toast is the only option for vegetarian option), the breakfast staff attitude(rude), the bathroom, the bed, the room, the walls, the air conditioning light doesn't turn off/dim, smoking smell(even though it's no smoking area), the air-conditioning bring bad smell air throughout the room, shower head is not properly fitted, the bed is hard spring, the bathroom is full of mould, no shower curtain to protect water to go everywhere, the fan inside the bathroom doesn't work strong enough, the room was attended("clean") when we're still resided the room(worried about our baggage and personal belongings), no view through the window, no window in the bathroom. Please clean the bathroom properly. Room key is given(not card). Not worth the price. Overall, not coming back again.
