We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

This is an older 5 star hotel. While the level of service is all as expected, it can get quite expensive even for a room without included breakfast. Exceptional views of the harbor from our 17th floor room.

TaiwanThe sound insulation is not good. We can hear the sounds/noises from upstairs. It's annoying in the middle night and early morning. It's useless even I reported it to the front counter. Really bad luck.
Breakfast is very delicious, especially the fresh beef soup. Lots of options for all ages in my family. Location is quite convenient, easy to go to the famous night market. A parking lot reserved for room guest, very considerate.

SingaporeThe hotel is quite a walk from the Keelung train station, but it’s a straightforward walk along the harbour. Easy to find the hotel (tall green building). But there seems to be no other good hotel options near the station. The pool and sauna are not very well designed or maintained. Need to have proper shower facilities for guests, if not then need to provide bathrobes for guests in the room.
Friendly professional staff. The room was spacious and clean with large windows. Good water dispenser near the lift lobby.
